بررسی مبانی سطوح امنیت سیاسی و تهدیدهای آن در مکتب امنیتی متعالی اسلام

سطوح امنیت از جملۀ عناصر و مولفه‎ های یک نظریۀ امنیتی است. یکی از ابعاد مختلف سطوح امنیت در مطالعات امنیتی، بعد سیاسی آن است. بررسی مطالعات امنیتی حاکی از آن است که پژوهش ‎های زیادی در این زمینه انجام نشده است. این مقاله درصدد است تا مبانی قرآنی و روایی سطوح امنیت سیاسی و تهدیدهای آن را در مکتب امنیتی اسلام بررسی نماید. لذا گزاره ‎های قرآنی و حدیثی دالّ بر سطوح امنیت سیاسی و تهدیدهای آن، با بهره‏ گیری از روش مطالعۀ پژوهشی و استنباطی استخراج گردید. وجود شش سطح فردی (خرد)، جامعه ‎ای، ملی (متوسط)، منطقه‎ ای، امتی و بین المللی (کلان) برای امنیت سیاسی و نیز امکان تهدید وجودی مراجع هر یک از سطوح توسط مراجع سطوح دیگر در مکتب امنیتی اسلام از جملۀ مهمترین نتایج مستنبط از آیات و روایات می باشد.

studying the basics of political security levels and its threats in the supreme security school of islam

security levels are among the elements and components of a security theory. one of the different dimensions of security levels in security studies is its political dimension. the review of security studies indicates that not many researches have been done in this field. this article attempts to examine the quranic and narrative bases of the levels of political security and its threats in the security school of islam. therefore, qur’anic and hadith propositions indicating the levels of political security and its threats were extracted using the research and inferential study method. the existence of six individual (micro), community, national (medium), regional, national and international (macro) levels for political security, as well as the possibility of existential threat to the authorities of each level by the authorities of other levels in the school of islamic security among the most important results are inferred from verses and hadiths.
