نظریه نظم نوین انقلابی در روابط ‏‏بین‏ الملل

پرسش اصلی پژوهش حاضر این است که نظم منطقه‏ ای و جهانی مطلوب و موردنظر انقلاب اسلامی بر اساس آموزه ‏های دینی را در قالب چه نظریه‏‏ ای می ‏توان تئوریزه و تبیین نمود؟  در پاسخ این فرضیه مطرح می‎ شود که «نظریه نظم نوین انقلابی» بر اساس شاخصه‏ های فکری - معرفتی و اجرایی - عملی ارائه ‏شده، ظرفیت و قابلیت تببین و تفهیم این ‏‏مسئله را دارد چراکه براساس نظریه‏ های موجود در رشته روابط ‏‏‏‏بین‏ الملل اعم از جریان اصلی و جریان انتقادی، هیچ‏کدام به صورت کامل نه ‏‏می تواند سیاست خارجی انقلاب اسلامی را تئوریزه کند و نه پاسخگوی مسائل مرتبط با این حوزه در عرصه میدان و عملِ مناسبات منطقه‏ ای و ‏‏‏‏بین‏ المللی کشور باشد. زمینه‌سازی برای کاربست عملی نظریه نظم نوین انقلابی با رویکرد تمدنی جز با نگاه وسیع فرامرزی و فرامنطقه‌ای به جغرافیای مقاومت مبتنی بر عقلانیت راهبردی انقلابی به سامان نخواهد شد و یکی از مصادیق راهبردی عقلانیت انقلابی، «دیپلماسی نهضتی» است که ظرفیت متحدنمودن و یکپارچه‏ کردن ملل ستم‌دیده و دُول مستقل را بر محور و مدار مقاومت بارها به اثبات رسانیده است.

the main question of the current research is that in what form of theoretical framework the desired regional and global order of the islamic revolution based on religious teachings can be theorized and explained. in response, it is proposed that the &theory of the new revolutionary order& based on the presented intellectualcognitive and executivepractical indicators, has the capacity and ability to explain and understand this issue, because based on the theories in the field of international relations, both mainstream and critical, can neither fully theorize the foreign policy of the islamic revolution nor answer the issues related to this field in the field and practice of relations. groundwork for the practical application of the revolutionary new order theory with a civilizational approach will not be established except with a broad crossborder and transregional look at the geography of resistance based on revolutionary strategic rationality, and one of the strategic examples of revolutionary rationality is &movement diplomacy& which has the capacity to unify and integrate oppressed nations and independent states on the axis and orbit of resistance.
