امنیت سوژه ‏مبنا؛ در مسیر نظریه‌ای جدید از امنیت

مقالۀ پیش رو برای نخستین بار انگارۀ امنیت سوژه ‏مبنارا ارائه می کند و بر پایۀ آن می کوشد در مسیر طرح نظریه ای جدید از امنیت گام بردارد. این انگاره ناظر بر گذار به پارادایم فرهنگی امنیت است؛ پارادایمی که برآمده از ابرروندهایی مانند «تولد مفهوم سیاست سوژه»، «آغاز دورۀ مدرنیتۀ ‏‏‏‏متاخر‏»، «بازشناسی به مثابه نزاع کانونی جوامع جدید» و «فردی ‌شدنِ تجربۀ امر جمعی» است. انگارۀ «امنیت سوژه‏ مبنا» بازنمایی متفاوتی از «امر امنیتی» را صورت‏‏بندی می ‏کند که ذیل آن نقطه ثقل امر امنیتی از سطح ساختارهای کلان اجتماعی و سیاسی به سطح سوژگی فردی و جمعی نقل مکان می ‏کند، همچنین فرایند «امنیتی‌ سازی» معکوس شده و افزایش ظرفیت‌های نهادی به منظور تحقق ‏بخشیدن به وجود سوژۀ انسانی به نقطه عزیمت تحلیل امنیتی بدل می شود.

Subject-Based Security: Toward a New Theory of Security

SubjectBased security is a new idea and it is the first time, this theory is used in security literature. This idea refers to the transition to the cultural paradigm of security. It is a paradigm that emerges from superprocesses such as the “introduction of the concept of subject politics”, “the beginning of the late modernity period”, “rethinking as the central conflict of new societies” and “the individualization of the collective experience”. Based on this transition, the notion of &subjectbased security& formulates a different representation of the &security issue& below which the focus of the security issue shifts from the level of macrosocial and political structures to the level of individual and collective subjectivity. The process of &securityization& has been reversed and the starting point of security analysis is the increase of institutional capacities in order to prepare for the realization of the existence of the human subject and the expansion of individual and collective subjectivity.
