اسرائیل و کشورهای پیرامونی؛ نفوذ امنیتی با پوشش اقتصادی

نویسنده این مقاله با بررسی روابط اقتصادی اسرائیل با همسایگان و کشورها و بازیگران پیرامونی، استدلال می‏کند که این رژیم در پوشش روابط اقتصادی به‏دنبال عادی‏سازی روابط سیاسی و گسترش روابط امنیتی با این کشورهاست. بر اساس یافته‏های این پژوهش، روابط و مناسبات اقتصادی اسرائیل در منطقه از سه الگو پیروی می‏کند: روابط اقتصادی پایدار با هدف کنترل و ممانعت از بروز و گسترش تنش، روابط اقتصادی کم‏بازده با هدف حضور در مناطق استراتژیک و نفوذ دیپلماتیک به منظور عادی‏سازی و گسترش روابط امنیتی. در راستای تبیین این الگوها، روابط اقتصادی اسرائیل با همسایگان مرزی خود یعنی اردن و مصر، منطقه آسیای مرکزی و قفقاز، ترکیه، کردستان عراق و کشورهای عربی مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است.

Israel and its Peripheral Countries; Security Influence with Economic Coverage

Considering the Israel’s economic relationship with its neighboring peripheral countries, the author of this paper argues that this relationship is coverage and indeed the Israeli regimes seeks for normalization of diplomatic relationship and so to develop a security relationship. According to her findings in this paper, the Israeli regional economic relationship is based on three types of models as follows: a durable economic relationship with the aim of increase of tension; lowreturn relationship with the aim of influence in the strategic regions and diplomatic influence to normalize and develop the security relationship.In order to illustrate these models, Israel’s economic relationship with Jordan, Egypt, Turkey, Kurdistan of Iraq and some other Arab countries have been analyzed.
