امنیت و توسعه؛ رویکردی ژئوپلیتیکی به توسعه و توازن در ایران

در این مقاله با برجسته‏کردن رابطه امنیت و توسعه در چارچوب معادلات ژئوپلیتیک منطقه‏ای، تلاش می‏شود تصویری متفاوت از اثرگذاری معادلات امنیتی فراملی بر توسعه و توازن در ایران ارائه شود. به باور نگارنده، ارتباط میان دو سطح داخلی و بین‏المللی از طریق معادلات امنیتی و ساختار ژئوپلیتیک منطقه‏ای، زوایای متفاوتی را در این زمینه پیش رو می‎‏نهد. بر این اساس، پرسش اصلی مقاله این است که معادلات امنیتی و ساختار ژئوپلیتیک منطقه‏ای چه تاثیری بر توسعه و توازن در ایران داشته‏اند؟ در پاسخ به این پرسش، این فرضیه مطرح می‏شود که ویژگی‏های محیط امنیتی خاورمیانه باعث ناپایداری و نامتوازنی توسعه در ایران شده است.

.Security and Development; A Geopolitical Approach Towards Development and Equality in Iran

.The paper provides a different analysis the impact of transregional security equations on development and equality in Iran with special attention to the relationship between security and development within the framework of the regional developments. For the author, the relationship between domestic and international levels through the regional security and geopolitical structure brings about new perspectives. Thus, the main question of the paper is focused on the regional security and geopolitical structure. And to discuss the issue the following hypothesis is raised: the features of the security environment in the Middle East cause unsustainable and uneven development in Iran.
