انتظام فضایی شهرها و برنامه‌ریزی راهبردی استقرار جمعیت در سواحل جنوبی ایران

کیفیت پراکنش و نظام استقرار فضایی جمعیت نقش موثری در توسعه پایدار مناطق، تامین نیازها، بهبود خدمات، ایمنی و امنیت ملی دارد. این مقاله به کیفیت انتظام فضایی شهرها و چگونگی پراکنش جمعیت در مراکز شهری استان‌های ساحلی جنوب ایران پرداخته است. نخست‏شهری و قطبی‏شدن جمعیت، مهم‌ترین ویژگی استقرار جمعیت در مناطق یادشده است. به استثنای استان بوشهر، در سایر استان‌ها ناموزونی جمعیتی شهرهای استان مشهود است. چنین وضعیتی، ضرورت برنامه‌ریزی و حرکت به سوی تعادل جمعیت و بازتوزیع آن از طریق توجه به مناطق مستعد بارگذاری جمعیت مانند کرانه‌های دریای عمان، غرب هرمزگان و شرق استان بوشهر را روشن‏تر می‌کند.

.Urban Spatial Regulation and Strategic Planning of Population Peployment on the Southern Shoreline of Iran

Distribution quality and spatial regulation of the population play an important role in sustainable development of the regions, meeting the needs, better services and national safety and security.  The paper discusses the issue of spatial regulation of the population in the Iranian cities as well as the distribution of the population in the Iranian southern coastal cities. In this context, urbanization and polarization of the population is the main feature of population deployment in the said areas. Except Bushehr province, uneven deployment of population is an evident phenomenon. Therefore, a desirable planning as well as moving towards even distribution of the population especially in the Oman Sea coast, west Hormozgan and east Bushehr is an urgent necessity.
