تاثیر نوسانات بازارهای مالی بر قیمت نفت و امنیت اقتصادی ایران

هدف این مقاله بررسی پیامدهای بازارهای مالی بر قیمت نفت خام و امنیت اقتصادی ایران با استفاده از روش خودرگرسیون‏برداری است. نتایج تجزیه واریانس نشان می‌دهد بازارهای معاملاتی مالی به‌ویژه بازار آتی‏های نفت برنت، بیشترین تاثیرگذاری را بر بازار فیزیکی نفت خام دارد. نتایج توابع کنشواکنش نیز حاکی از آن است که شوک‏های بازارهای مالی اثر متقاوتی بر قیمت نفت خام دارند؛ به‌طوری که شوک بازار مالی آتی‌های نفت خام موجب شوک مثبت بر قیمت نفت خام و شوک حاصل از شاخص قیمت دلار موجب شوک منفی در قیمت نفت می‌شود. به دلیل وابستگی شدید بودجه دولت در ایران به درآمدهای نفتی، نوسانات بازارهای مالی موجب نوسان در بسیاری از شاخص‌های اقتصادی کشور و تاثیر منفی بر امنیت ملی می‏شود.

Impact of Fluctuations in Financial Markets on Oil Prices and Iran’s Economic Security

Using a vector autoregression model, this study aims to explore the impact of financial markets on crude oil prices and Iran’s economic security. The results of analysis of variance indicate that financial transactions markets, particularly the Brent futures market, have the greatest impact on the physical crude oil market. In addition, the results of actionreaction functions suggest that shocks in financial markets have different impacts on crude oil prices, meaning a shock in the Brent futures market creates a positive shock to crude oil prices and a shock resulting from the dollarprice index produces a negative shock to oil prices. Due to the heavy reliance of the Iranian government’s budget on oil revenues, fluctuations in financial markets lead to fluctuations in many of the country’s economic indexes and negatively affect national security.
