چکیده
|
ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ اﻃﻼﻋﺎﺗﯽ اﯾﺎﻻت ﻣﺘﺤﺪه در اﺑﺘﺪای ﻗﺮن ﺑﯿﺴﺖ و ﯾﮑﻢ دﭼﺎر ﺗﻐﯿﯿﺮ و ﺗﺤﻮل ﮐﻢ سابقه‌ای گردید. این تغییرات در سه حوزۀ ساختار، اهداف و ابزار اتفاق افتاد. این پژوهش، با طرح این سوال که «علل تحول جامعه اطلاعاتی آمریکا در قرن بیست و یکم چیست؟» این فرضیه را مطرح کرده است که «تروریسم نوین» که در یازده سپتامبر 2001 نقطه عطفی را در مسائل امنیتی بهوجود آورد، عامل اصلی این تحول بوده است. در کنار این، دو متغیر دیگر شامل «انقلاب سایبری» و «تغییر ساختار نظام بین‌الملل» نیز در این خصوص تاثیرگذار بودهاند. یافتههای مقاله نشان می‌دهد هیچ شاهد و مدرک درخور توجهی که با فرضیه فوق ناسازگار باشد، وجود ندارد و تمامی متغیرهای فوق بر تحول جامعه اطلاعاتی ایالات متحده تاثیرگذار بودهاند.

Abstract
|
The United States Intelligence Community underwent an unprecedented transformation at the beginning of the 21st century. The changes took place in the three fields of structure, objectives, and tools. By asking what reasons underlie the transformation of the United States Intelligence Community in the 21st century, this study presents this hypothesis that &new terrorism&, which marked a milestone in security issues on September 11, 2001, has been the main reason behind this transformation. In addition, two other factors, namely &cyber revolution& and &changes in the structure of the international system& have also had an impact in this regard. The findings of the study show that there is no significant evidence or document incompatible with the presented hypothesis and that all the mentioned factors have had an impact on the transformation of the United States Intelligence Community
