رابطه دانش و قدرت در جنگ سرد؛ بررسی تجربه شبکه‌سازی روشنفکران توسط آمریکا

بررسی‏های این مقاله نشان می‏دهد شبکه روشنفکران ایجادشده توسط آمریکا در دوران جنگ سرد، با درک ناکارآمدی مواجهه سخت و سلبی با اندیشه چپ، ضمن به‏رسمیت‏شناختن این گرایش، با رویکردی نرم و ایجابی اقدام به ارائه خوانشی درونی از آن در قالب «چپ غیرکمونیستی» کردند. این شبکه با تولید و پشتیبانی از این ایده که در عین تعلق معرفتی به ایدئولوژی چپ، کمونیسم را در خود استحاله کرده و نگرشی کاملاً انتقادی به آن داشت، الگوی جایگزینی را توسعه داد که ضمن تضعیف پایه‌های مشروعیت حکومت‌های اروپای شرقی، عملاً مقاصد سیاسی نهادهای قدرت و تامین‌کنندگان مالی آن که مهار و جلوگیری از افزایش نفوذ اتحاد جماهیر شوروی بود، را تامین کرده است.

The Link Between Knowledge and Power in Cold War: A Study of Experience of Networking of Intellectuals by U.S.

The studies conducted as part of this article show that the network of intellectuals created by the United States during the Cold War realized the ineffectiveness of a hardline and negative approach to opinions of the left and moved to provide an internal reading of it as the &noncommunist left& by adopting a soft and affirmative attitude, while recognizing this orientation. By developing and supporting this idea, which transforms communism within itself and criticizes it while epistemically belonging to the left’s ideology, this network promoted an alternative model that served the political purpose of institutions of power and their funders, namely curbing the influence of the Soviet Union, while undermining the foundations of the legitimacy of eastern European governments.
