گفتمان اعتدال و امنیت ملی در جمهوری اسلامی ایران (1392 تا 1396)

گفتمان دولت یازدهم بر محور دال برتر «اعتدال» سامان‏یافته و دقیقه‏های این گفتمان را رویکرد تعاملی با جهان خارج؛ الگوی هم‏کنشی اعتدالی در داخل؛ الگوی ایرانی اسلامی توسعه؛ الگوی غیرامنیتی کرانمند در حوزه اجتماعی؛ مهندسی غیرمکانیکی فرهنگی؛ رویکرد تلفیقی بومی اقتصادی به امنیت ملی با گرایش نرم‏افزاری؛ الگوسازی ترویجی از جمهوری اسلامی و رویکرد فرهنگی در مقابله با امپریالیسم تشکیل می‏دهند. بررسی‏ها نشان می‏دهد که گفتمان اعتدال در سطح کارگزاری خود در عرصه‏های امنیت نظامی، امنیت سیاسی و انسجام اجتماعی کارنامه موفقی داشته است؛ در عرصه امنیت اقتصادی برون‏دادی دوگانه داشته و در حوزه امنیت زیست‏محیطی به‏رغم برخی دستاوردها، تا دستیابی به اهداف اعلامی فاصله فراوانی دارد.

Discourse of Moderation and National Security in Islamic Republic of Iran (2013-2017)

The discourse of the 11th administration has taken shape based on the noble concept of &moderation& and its components include an interactive approach to the outside world, a moderate interaction model inside the country, an IranianIslamic model of development, a broad nonsecuritized model in the social field, nonmechanical cultural engineering, a combinedlocaleconomic approach to national security with software orientation, creating a promotional model of the Islamic Republic, and a cultural approach to the fight against imperialism. Studies show that the moderation discourse has been effective in the fields of military security, political security, and social cohesion; has had a dual outcome in the area of economic security; and has a long way to achieve the stated goals in the field of environmental security despite some accomplishments.
