درآمدی بر مدل برآورد احتمال خیانت به کشور

در حالی که در خصوص با علل و عوامل بروز جرائم به‏طور عام، مطالعات زیادی در ایران انجام شده، اما درباره جرم جاسوسی و خیانت به کشور کار پژوهشی چندانی صورت نگرفته است. این در حالی است که جرم جاسوسی و خیانت به کشور به‏دلیل ماهیت پنهانی آن و پیامدهای زیادی که بر امنیت ملی کشورها دارد، به شکل اساسی حائز اهمیت است. بر این اساس، در این مقاله تلاش شده است تا با استفاده از تحقیقات انجام‏شده در این باره و همچنین با بهره‌گیری از ادبیات نظری در حوزه جامعه‏شناسی جرم و انحرافات اجتماعی، در خصوص به استخراج مدلی برای ارزیابی احتمال خیانت به کشور اقدام شود. مدل استخراج‏شده محصول استنتاج دو دسته کلی عوامل موثر در وقوع خیانت به کشور است: عوامل وضعیتی (انگیزشی) و عوامل موقعیتی (محیطی). استدلال نویسنده مقاله این است با بررسی این دو دسته از عوامل، می‏توان احتمال وقوع خیانت به کشور را در یک جامعه برآورد کرد. در این راستا، تعدادی شاخص‏ راهنما برای برآورد مدل نیز معرفی شده است.

An Introduction to the Model of Estimating the Probability of the Betrayal Ones to his country

Betrayal ones to his own country is a political and security crime, the most aspect of it is espionage for foreigners. While many studies are done about the crimes, but there are few studies about espionage and Betrayal ones to his own country. The crime of espionage and Betrayal ones to his own country because of its covert nature and its high impact on national security is in very high importance for strategic policy makers. Thus, the aim of this article is to provide a general model for estimating the likelihood of espionage and Betrayal ones to his own country. This is done by literature review of espionage studies and overview the theoretical literature of sociology about crimes and social deviances. The model is made from two category of factors: situational factors and opportunity factors. It is argued that by study of these two factors the likelihood of espionage and Betrayal ones to his own country can be estimated. At the end of this article some indicators of the model are suggested.
