ﺻﺪ ﺳﺎل ﻓﺮﻫﻨﮓ ﺳﯿﺎﺳﯽ در اﯾﺮان: ﻓﺮاﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ آﺛﺎر ﭘﮋوﻫﺸﯽ ﻣﺮﺗﺒﻂ ﺑﺎ دوره ﻣﺸﺮوﻃﻪ ﺗﺎ اﻧﻘﻼب اﺳﻼﻣﯽ

ﺳﺎﻟﯿﺎن ﺳﺎل اﺳﺖ ﮐﻪ «ﻓﺮﻫﻨﮓ ﺳﯿﺎﺳﯽ» ﯾﮑﯽ از ﻣﻮﺿﻮﻋﺎت ﺟﺬاب و ﻣﻮرد ﮐﻨﮑﺎش اﻧﺪﯾﺸﻤﻨﺪان ﺣﻮزه ﻋﻠﻮم ﺳﯿﺎﺳﯽ و اﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﯽ ﺑﻮده اﺳﺖ. ﻓﺮﻫﻨﮓ ﺳﯿﺎﺳﯽ، اﻟﮕﻮﻫﺎی ﺟﻬﺖ ﮔﯿﺮی ﻧﺴﺒﺖ ﺑﻪ ﻣﻮﺿﻮﻋﺎت ﺳﯿﺎﺳﯽ ﻧﻈﯿﺮ اﺣﺰاب، دادﮔﺎهﻫﺎ، ﻗﺎﻧﻮن اﺳﺎﺳﯽ و دوﻟﺖ اﺳﺖ. این مقاله با بررسی پژوهش‌هایی که در صد سال اخیر در ارتباط با فرهنگ سیاسی در ایران انجام شده، تلاش می‌کند ضمن ارائۀ تصویری از نگرش‌‏های موجود، به ارزیابی و نقد آنها نیز بپردازد. یافته‌های تحقیق نشان می‌دهد که اکثر این پژوهش‌‏ها بر اساس نگاه پوزیتویستی و در چارچوب نظریه آلموند و وربا انجام شده است. از نظر روش‌شناسی نیز اغلب آنها مبتنی بر پیمایش یا روش اسنادی تاریخی هستند. پژوهش‏‌های مرتبط با فرهنگ سیاسی در ایران در این دوره زمانی نشان می‏‌دهند که فرهنگ سیاسی ایرانیان طی صد سال گذشته از پایداری نسبی برخوردار بوده؛ به فرهنگ سیاسی در معنای منش ملی نگریسته شده؛ فرهنگ سیاسی مانعی بر سر راه توسعه سیاسی دیده شده و البته این پژوهش‌‏ها از نوعی برساخت‏‌گرایی مستشرقانه نیز رنج می‌برند.

A Meta-analysis of Studies Related to Iranian Political Culture: From the Constitutional Revolution to the Islamic revolution

This article attempts to provide a picture of existing attitudes on political culture in Iran with a review of the research done over the last hundred years. The findings of the research show that most of these studies are based on positivist view and in the framework of Almond and Verba theory. From the methodological point of view, most of them are based on survey or documentaryhistorical methods. Studies related to political culture in Iran during this period show that Iranian political culture has been relatively stable over the past hundred years; political culture is viewed in the sense of national character; political culture is an obstacle to political development; and, of course, these studies suffer from some kind of Orientalist constructivism.
