بررسی نقش دانش زیست محیطی در شکل‌گیری رفتار محیط زیست‌ گرایانه زنان تسهیلگر روستایی سازمان جهاد کشاورزی استان قم

علی رغم نقش مهمی که زنان تسهیلگر روستایی می توانند در توسعه پایدار محیط زیست ایفا کنند، توجه کمی به رفتارهای محیط زیست گرایانه آنان و عوامل موثر بر آن شده است. برای پر کردن این خلاء پژوهشی، تحقیق حاضر با اضافه کردن دانش زیست محیطی به نظریه رفتار برنامه‌ریزی شده، یک مدل پژوهشی برای مطالعه رفتار محیط زیست گرایانه زنان تسهیلگر روستایی تدوین کرده است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش را 120 نفر از زنان تسهیلگر سازمان جهاد کشاورزی استان قم تشکیل می دهد که به روش تمام ‏شماری مورد مطالعه قرار گرفتند. ابزار گردآوری داده ها پرسشنامه است. روایی ظاهری و محتوایی پرسشنامه با نظر متخصصان و پایایی آن نیز از طریق برآورد مدل اندازه گیری و ضریب آلفای کرونباخ ارزیابی و تایید شد. نتایج مدل یابی معادلات ساختاری نشان داد که نگرش زیست محیطی و هنجارهای ذهنی با قصد محیط زیست گرایانه رابطه مثبت و معنی داری دارند. همچنین رابطه بین قصد و کنترل رفتاری درک شده با رفتار محیط زیست گرایانه معنی دار بود. نتایج همچنین نشان داد که دانش زیست محیطی با نگرش زیست‏ محیطی، هنجارهای ذهنی، کنترل رفتاری درک شده و قصد محیط زیست گرایانه رابطه مثبت و معنی‏داری دارند.

investigating the role of environmental knowledge in forming rural facilitator women’s pro-environmental behaviors of the organization agriculture-jahad of qom province

though it is important, insufficient attention has been paid to explore rural facilitator women’s pro-environmental behaviors and understand its formation process. to narrow the research gap, this research built a theoretical research model by adding environmental knowledge into the theory of planned behavior to explore rural facilitator women’s pro-environmental behaviors. data have been collected through questionnaire from 120 rural female facilitators in the organization agriculture-jahad of qom province, who were studied by the complete enumeration method. validity of the questionnaire was approved based on the opinions of faculty members at bu-ali sina university. the reliability of the research instrument was determined using cronbach’s alpha coefficients. the results of structural equation modelling indicated that subjective norms and environmental attitude were positively and significantly related to pro-environmental intentions. in addition, pro-environmental intentions and perceived behavioral control were found to be significantly associated with pro-environmental behaviors. the results revealed that environmental knowledge was positively related to subjective norms, environmental attitude, perceived behavioral control and pro-environmental intentions. it is, therefore, concluded that environmental knowledge plays an important role in determining pro-environmental intentions and behaviors among rural facilitator women.
