تحلیل تاثیر آموزش های فنی و حرفه ای در تقویت مهارت‌های کارآفرینانه روستاییان: مطالعه موردی شهرستان جوین

در ادبیات علمی کارآفرینی، «آموزش» به‌عنوان ابزاری بسیار مهم برای افزایش مهارت‌های کارآفرینی معرفی می‌شود. از این‏رو، هدف پژوهش حاضر تحلیل تاثیر آموزش‌های فنی‌وحرفه‌ای در تقویت مهارت‌های کارآفرینانه روستاییان بود؛ و بدین منظور، از روش توصیفی تحلیلی به شیوه مطالعه اسنادی و پیمایشی در روستاهای شهرستان جوین استفاده شد. جامعه آماری پژوهش صد نفر از کارآفرینانی بودند که دوره‌های مهارت‌آموزی فنی‌وحرفه‌ای را گذرانده بودند. برای تجزیه‌وتحلیل اطلاعات، از آزمون تی (t) تک‌نمونه‌ای و رگرسیون استفاده شد. نتایج آزمون t نشان داد که مهارت فنی (با میانگین 20.93) نسبت به بقیه مهارت‌ها از وضعیت مناسب‌تری برخوردار است؛ به دیگر سخن، پاسخ‏گویان در دوره‌های آموزشی از مهارت‌های فنی رضایت بیشتری داشتند، که هم‏راستا با رسالت‌های آموزش فنی‌وحرفه‌ای است. همچنین، بررسی رابطه متغیرهای پژوهش نشان داد که بین متغیرهای مدت دوره‌های آموزشی، تعداد دوره‌های آموزشی و مهارت‌های کارآفرینانه رابطه معنی‌دار وجود دارد، به‌گونه‌ای که با افزایش مدت و تعداد دوره‌های آموزشی، مهارت‌های کارآفرینانه افزایش می‌یابد. افزون بر این، مقدار ضریب همبستگی متغیرها (0.733=r) نشان داد که بین مجموعه متغیرهای مستقل و متغیر وابسته همبستگی قوی وجود دارد. بنابراین، می توان نتیجه گرفت که آموزش‌های فنی‌وحرفه‌ای در افزایش مهارت‌های فنی روستاییان علاقه‌مند به شرکت در این دوره‌ها تاثیرگذار است.

Analyzing the Impact of Technical and Vocational Education on Strengthening the Entrepreneurial Skills of Rural People: A Case Study of Jovein County of Iran

In the scientific literature of entrepreneurship, ‘education’ is introduced as a very important tool for increasing entrepreneurial skills. This study aimed at analyzing the impact of technical and vocational training on strengthening the entrepreneurial skills of rural people. For this purpose, a descriptiveanalytical methodology was used through document and survey study in the villages of Jovein County of Iran. The statistical population of the study included 100 entrepreneurs who had passed the technical and vocational training courses. Singlesample ttest and regression test were used to analyze the information. The ttest results showed that the technical skills (by a mean of 20/93) were more suitable than other skills; in other words, the respondents were more satisfied with the technical skills in the training courses, which is in line with the missions of the technical and vocational education. The examination results of relationship between the variables showed that there were significant relationships between the duration of training courses, the number of training courses and  the entrepreneurial skills; in other words, increasing the duration and number of training courses would result in enhanced entrepreneurial skills. In addition, the value of the correlation coefficient between the variables (R=0/733) indicated that there was a strong correlation between the set of independent variables and the dependent variable. Therefore, it might be concluded that the technical and vocational trainings were effective in strengthening the technical skills of the rural people interested in participating in these training courses.
