کاربست رویکرد تصمیم‌گیری چندمعیاره فازی در تدوین و اولویت‌بندی راهبردهای توسعه صنایع دستی در روستاهای استان خوزستان

هدف پژوهش حاضر شناخت و اولویت­بندی راهبردهای توسعة صنایع دستی در روستاهای استان خوزستان بود. پژوهش، با رویکرد توسعه­ای کاربردی، به شیوه‏های توصیفی، تحلیلی و پیمایشی انجام شد و تحلیل داده‏های پژوهش نیز با بهره‏گیری از روش تصمیم‏گیری چندمعیارة دیمتل فازی (fdematel) و تلفیق آن با مدل سوات (swot) صورت گرفت. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که راهبردهای «برگزاری نمایشگاه‏های ملی و بین‏المللی صنایع دستی در روستاهای هدف گردشگری و صنایع دستی»، «برقراری کامل بیمه‏ هنرمندان برای صنعتگران حوزه صنایع دستی دارای مجوز فعالیت»، «تاسیس بازارچه‏های دائمی صنایع دستی در بنادر استان»، «معرفی محصولات صنایع دستی استان از طریق رسانه‏های آموزشی مختلف به مسئولان ارگان‏های دولتی در راستای هزینه‏کرد بودجه عمرانی»، «تمرکز بر توسعه تجارت الکترونیک محصولات صنایع دستی استان»، «تدوین اولویت‏های پژوهشی و هماهنگی لازم برای جذب به‏موقع سه درصد اعتبارات عمرانی»، «ساخت فیلم‏های آموزشی و تبلیغاتی و ارائه در بازارچه‏های فروش صنایع دستی استان»، «معرفی تعاونی‏های فعال صنایع دستی به سازمان‏های دولتی استان برای هزینه‏کرد یک درصد از بودجه عمرانی خرید صنایع دستی از این تعاونی‏ها»، «توجه ویژه از ابعاد آموزشی و تسهیلاتی به کارگاه‏های آسیب‏پذیر اقتصادی صنایع دستی استان» . «ارائه آموزش‏های تخصصی صنایع دستی توسط اساتید پیشکسوت به کارشناسان در راستای جلوگیری از فراموشی برخی ‏رشته‏های بومی استان»، به‏ترتیب، از اولویت­دارترین راهبردها در توسعه صنایع دستی روستاهای استان خوزستان به‏شمار می‏روند.

Application of FDEMATEL Approach to Formulate and Prioritize the Handicrafts Development Strategies in Villages of Khuzestan Province of Iran

This study aimed at identifying and prioritizing the development strategies regarding handicrafts in the villages of Khuzestan province of Iran. It was mainly conducted with a developmentalapplied approach in a combined method of Fuzzy Decision Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory (FDEMATEL) and SWOT model through descriptive, analytical and survey techniques. The study results indicated the following as the most prioritized strategies in the development of handicrafts in villages of the province, respectively: conducting national and international handicraft exhibitions in the villages targeted as tourism and handicrafts; arranging complete insurance for handicrafts artists with licenses to work; establishing permanent handicrafts markets and bazaars in the ports of the province; introducing handicrafts of Khuzestan province through various educational media to government officials in charge of development expenditure; focusing on the development of ecommerce for handicrafts of the province; setting research priorities and coordination needed for timely reception of three percent of development credits; creating educational and promotional films and presentations in the markets for handicraft sales of the province; introducing active handicrafts cooperatives to government agencies of Khuzestan province for spending one percent of the construction budget of handicrafts purchase from these cooperatives; paying special attention to the educational dimension and facilities for the vulnerable economic centers of the province’s handicrafts; and providing the experts with the specialist handicraft training by leading professors to prevent the obliteration of some indigenous branches of Khuzestan province.
