طراحی و اعتبار یابی الگوی بالندگی پژوهشی اعضای هیات علمی و مدرسان دانشگاه فرهنگیان

هدف پژوهش حاضر طراحی و اعتبار یابی الگوی بالندگی پژوهشی اعضای هیات علمی و مدرسان دانشگاه فرهنگیان می باشد. پژوهش حاضر کاربردی و از نوع آمیخته اکتشافی است. مشارکت کنندگان در بخش کیفی شامل12 نفر از متخصصان و صاحب نظران منابع انسانی و تربیت معلم و در بخش کمی اساتید و اعضای هیات علمی پردیس های دانشگاه فرهنگیان به تعداد 806 نفر بودند، که از بین آن ها 260 نفر به روش نمونه گیری تصادفی خوشه ای چند مرحله ای به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. ابزار پژوهش شامل دو پرسشنامه محقق ساخته بالندگی پژوهشی اعضای هیات علمی و مقایسات زوجی بر اساس فرایند تحلیل سلسله مراتبی بوده است. آزمون های مورد استفاده آماری شامل تحلیل عاملی تائیدی، تی تک نمونه ای و فرایند تحلیل سلسله مراتبی بود. یافته های بدست آمده از بخش کیفی شامل 5 مقوله فرعی بالندگی پژوهشی در قالب 1_ آماده سازی و بهبود ،2_ رفتار شهروندی ،3_ پژوهش محوری ،4_ گروه های حرفه ای ،5_ آینده نگری شناسایی گردیده و اعتبار الگوی مفهومی به دست آمده توسط شاخصه های نیکویی برازش تائید گردید. هم چنین یافته ها نشان داد که سطح موجود بالندگی پژوهشی اعضای هیات علمی از لحاظ مولفه های آماده سازی، رفتار شهروندی، گروه حرفه ای، آینده نگری، در سطح نسبتاً مطلوب و از لحاظ مولفه پژوهش محوری در وضعیت نامطلوب قرار داشت. یافته ها نشان داد که سطح موجود بالندگی پژوهشی از نظر اهمیت شامل پژوهش محوری (با وزن نسبی 0.284)، گروه حرفه ای (با وزن نسبی 0.276)، آماده سازی (با وزن نسبی 0.167)، آینده نگری( با وزن نسبی0.163) و رفتار شهروندی (با وزن نسبی0.110)؛ تعیین گردید.

introduction the purpose of current research is to design and validation of a model for research development among faculty members and instructors at farhangian university method the current research is applied and of mixed-method type. the participants in the qualitative part included 12 experts and specialist in human resources and teacher training, and in the quantitative part there were 806 professors and faculty members of campuses of farhangian university, among them, 260 people were selected as a sample by multi-stage cluster random sampling. the research tool included two researcher-made questionnaires on the research development of academic staff members and pairwise comparisons based on the process of hierarchical analysis. the statistical tests used included confirmatory factor analysis, sample t-test and hierarchical analysis process. results the findings of the qualitative section included five sub-themes of research development in the form of: 1- preparation and improvement, 2- citizenship behavior, 3- core research, 4. professional groups and 5- foresight. and the validity of the conceptual model obtained by fitting goodness indicators was confirmed. also, the findings showed that the current level of research development of academic staff members in terms of preparation components, citizenship behavior, professional group, and foresight, was at a relatively favorable level and in terms of the core research component, it was in an unfavorable situation. another finding is that the components of research development in terms of importance include core research (with a relative weight of 0.284), professional group (with a relative weight of 0.276), preparation (with a relative weight of 0.167), foresight (with a relative weight of relative 0.163) and citizenship behavior (with relative weight 0.110); was determined. discussion according to the statistical results, the design and validation of a model for research development among faculty members and instructors at farhangian university was obtained, and the current status of research development and the importance of its components were determined.
