شناسایی نیروهای کلیدی موثر بر زیست پذیری شهری کودکان با رویکرد آینده‌نگاری (مطالعه موردی: منطقه 3 تبریز)

با گسترش شهرنشینی از یک‌سو و افزایش جمعیت از سوی دیگر، کودکان در تحولات مدرن شهری نادیده گرفته شدند و لزوم توجه به آن‌ها در شهرها بیش‌ازپیش احساس می‌شود. بدین منظور وجود فضاهای شهری که بتواند پاسخگوی نیازهای ملموس نظیر دسترسی به خدمات شهری، مسکن، حمل‌ونقل و ... و نیازهای ناملموس نظیر حس تعلق مکانی، امنیت و ... کودکان باشد امری ضروری است که از آن تحت عنوان زیست پذیری شهری یاد می‌شود. افزایش زیست پذیری شهرها رابطه‌ی مستقیمی با افزایش میزان جذابیت محیط‌های شهری برای شهروندان دارد و خود می‌تواند زمینه‌سازی برای توسعه پایدار شهری باشد؛ بنابراین پایداری شهری درگرو تامین زیست پذیری برای تمامی شهروندان است توجه به کودکان از اهمیت ویژه‌ای برخوردار است چراکه کودکان شهروندان آینده‌ی جامعه و عامل پیوند نسل‌های گذشته و آینده محسوب می‌شوند. در این تحقیق با بهره-گیری از پایه‌های فکری آینده‌پژوهی به شناسایی پیشران‌های کلیدی و موثر در وضعیت آینده‌ی زیست پذیری کودکان در منطقه 3 تبریز پرداخته‌ایم و در مرحله اولیه با استفاده از روش دلفی ابتدا تعدادی از متغیر موثر در وضعیت آینده‌ی زیست پذیری شهری برای کودکان را شناسایی کردیم سپس از میان آن‌ها 47 متغیر را که مورد تایید متخصصان بوده و بالاترین امتیاز را دریافت نمودند استخراج نمودیم این 47 متغیر در 4 گروه زیست‌محیطی، کالبدی، اجتماعی و اقتصادی تقسیم‌بندی شدند. سپس با استفاده از روش تحلیل ساختاری و تشکیل ماتریس 47 در 47 و با استفاده از نرم‌افزار micmac این متغیرها مورد مقایسه قرارگرفته و درنهایت 7 پیشران استخراج گردید که بیشترین نقش را در وضعیت آینده‌ی زیست پذیری شهری کودکان دارند.

identifying key forces affecting urban livability for children with a foresight approach (case study: district 3 of tabriz)

with the expansion of urbanization on the one hand and the increase in population on the other, children are being ignored in modern urban developments and the need to pay more attention to them in cities is felt. to this end, urban spaces that can meet tangible needs such as access to utilities, housing, transportation and etc and intangible needs such as a sense of belonging, security and etc are essential for children this is called urban livability. increasing the livability of cities is directly related to increasing the attractiveness of urban environments for citizens and can itself provide the basis for sustainable urban development. it is important to pay attention to children because they are future citizens of society and they create the link between the past and the future generations. the present study, by using futures study knowledge, identified key forces in the future of children’s livability. in the first phase, using the delphi method, we first identified some of the variables affecting the future status of urban living for children, then we extracted 47 variables that were approved by experts and received the highest score. we divided these 47 variables into four environmental, physical, social, and economic groups. then, using structural analysis method and creating a 47 * 47 matrix, these variables were compared using micmac software. finally, 7 key forces were extracted that play the most important role in the future status of children’s urban livability.
