تحلیل تاثیر کاربری اراضی درپایداری محله های شهری مطالعه موردی شهر زابل

توسعه‌ی پایدار شهری به معنای ارتقای کیفیت زندگی درآن وبرخورداری همه افراد از خدمات شهری به صورت مطلوب و توزیع فضایی کاربری های شهری بدون ایجاد مانعی برای نسل آینده است. در همین راستا کاربری اراضی شهری به عنوان هسته اصلی نظام برنامه ریزی نقش مهمی در فراهم کردن خدمات رفاهی، دسترسی و تامین نیازها و خواست‌های متنوع شهروندان در سطح محلات دارد در صورتی که کاربری اراضی به صورت متوزان و مطلوب در سطح محلات شهری توزیع نشوند موجب پیدایش شکاف و عدم همگنی پایداری در محله های شهری و به طبع آن افزایش نارضایتی طیف گسترده ای از ساکنان شهری از محیط سکونت و کاهش کیفیت زندگی آنها شده است. بنابراین هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی اثر کاربری اراضی شهری در پایداری محله های شهری زابل است. برای همین منظور پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر روش توصیفی – تحلیلی است. جمع آوری داده ها به صورت اسنادی و تحلیل با تحلیل فضایی انجام گرفته است. نتایج پژوهش نشان میدهد که در بین محلات از نظر دسترسی به کاربریای خدماتی نابرابریهای وجود دارد و تمرکز و تراکم کاربریهای خدماتی در نواحی 2 و 3 است به طوری ناحیه 3 با 6 / 0 که بیشتریناختلاط کاربری شهری و ناحیه 1 با 99 / 0 کمترین اختلاط کاربری را به خود اختصاص دادند. همچنین سطح دسترسی در نواحی 1 و 4 به کاربریهای خدماتی کمتر است. الگوی پراکنش فضایی کاربریهای نیز شکل خوشهای دارد که در ناحیه 2 قرار گرفته است این امر نابرابریهای فضایی بین نواحی افزایش داده و همین امر سطح پایداری شهری را در نواحی 1 و 4 و 5 کاهش داده است.
