کارکردهای مناسب آشکار و پنهان زندگی خوابگاهی (مورد مطالعه دانشگاه فرهنگیان)

هدف پژوهش حاضر، شناسایی فرصت‌های زندگی خوابگاهی دانشجویان پسر در دانشگاه فرهنگیان و روش پژوهش کیفی، از نوع توصیفی- مردم‌نگاری است. جامعه مورد مطالعه، همه دانشجویان ساکن خوابگاه‌های پردیس شهید مفتح شهر ری و مرکز آموزش‌ عالی شهید بهشتی تهران (750 نفر) در سال‌تحصیلی 98-99 بوده که به طور هدفمند و بر اساس اشباع نظری داده‌ها، 41 دانشجو انتخاب شده‌اند. داده‌ها از طریق مشاهده همراه با مشارکت‌ و مصاحبه عمیق نیمه‌ساختارمند جمع‌آوری گردید و با ‌روش تحلیل محتوا مورد تجزیه‌وتحلیل قرار گرفت. بر اساس نتایج این پژوهش، مهم‌ترین فرصت‌های زندگی خوابگاهی عبارت‌اند از آشنایی با مهارت و تجارب دیگران، پیشرفت تحصیلی، گسترش روابط اجتماعی و افزایش دوستی‌ها، توسعه روحیه همکاری و نظم‌پذیری، رقابتی‌شدن فعالیت‌ها، الزام به تعامل و رفتار همراه با مدارا، برخورد عینی با واقعیت‌های زندگی، تجربه زندگی منظم‌تر، افزایش سازگاری، تقویت صبر و تحمل، احساس استقلال بیشتر، یادگیری صرفه‌جویی، استقلال مالی و بلوغ اقتصادی، آشنایی با اقوام، مذاهب، فرهنگ و آداب و رسوم دیگر شهرها، تمایل به عمل به فرائض دینی

suitable overt and covert founctions of dormitory life (study case: farhangian university)

the purpose of this study is to identify the dormitory life opportunities of male students in farhangian university. the qualitative research method is descriptive-ethnographic. the study population was all students living in the dormitories of shahid mofateh shahr-e rey campus and shahid beheshti higher education center of tehran (750 people) in the academic year of 2019-2020, from which 41 students selected. data were collected through participatory observation and in-depth semi-structured interviews and analyzed by content analysis. the results of this study indicate that the most important dormitory life opportunities identified as suitable functions of the dormitory are: familiarity with the skills and experiences of others, academic achievement, the development of social relationships and friendships, the development of a spirit of cooperation and discipline, the competitiveness of activities, the need to interact and being patient, dealing objectively with the realities of life, experiencing a more orderly life, increasing adaptation, strengthening patience, feeling more independent, learning to save, financial independence and economic maturity, getting to know ethnicities, religions, culture and the customs and traditions of other cities, and the tendency to practice religious.
