مقدمه‌ای تاریخی بر مردم‌شناسی ایل مَماسَن (ممسنی)

این پژوهش درباره یکی از ایل‌های بزرگ عشایر ایران یعنی ایل مماسن (ممسنی) است. در این پژوهش از روش اسنادی برای گردآوری داده‌ها و از روش تحلیلی-تاریخی برای تحلیل استفاده شده است. تاکنون آنچه به ممسنی و منشا آن مربوط می‌شد، به نوشته حمدالله مستوفی منحصر می‌گردید که ریشه این ایل را جبل‌السماق سوریه و ناحیه شامات معرفی می‌کند که در اوایل قرن ششم وارد ایران شده‌اند. اما نتایج این پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که ممسنی‌ها عبارت‌اند از: 1- براهویی ممسنی گروهی از ممسنی‌ها هستند که به زبان بلوچی هم صحبت می‌کنند و بزرگ‌ترین ایل بلوچ در کشور پاکستان هستند و بیشتر به نام «محمدحسنی» مشهورند. بعضی از آن‌ها هم در جنوب افغانستان زندگی می‌کنند، 2- سیستانی ممسنی شامل طوایف سربندی، شهرکی، جر، بزی، جهان تیغ، بامدی، نوری، قزاق، پیری و نخعی، 3- بلوچ ممسنی، شامل شه‌بخش (اسماعیل زهی)، هاشم زهی و نوشیروانی، 4- کرد ممسنی، شامل ایل سنجابی ممسنی‌تبار در ایران و ممسنی کرد در عراق و سوریه، 5- لر ممسنی در استان فارس، کهگیلویه و بویراحمد و بختیاری.

a historical introduction to the anthropology of the mamàsan tribe (mamssani)

this study is about one of the big nomadic tribes of iran, it means mamssani tribe. in this tudy, documentary and analytical-historical method have been used, the former for collecting data and the latter for analyzing them. what has been written about mamssani and their origin hitherto, is limited to hamdullah mostofi,writings that hold on the origin of them from jebel al-samaq in syria and shamat area and then they entered into iran in the early 6th century. but the results of this research show that the mamssanies include: 1. brahui mamssani who  can also speak in baluchi language. they are the largest baluchi tribe in pakistan and are better known as &mohammad hassani&. some of them live in southern afghanistan also. 2. sistani mamssani including sarbandi, shahraki, jar, bazi, jahan tigh, bamdi, nouri, cossack, piri and nakhaei tribes 3. mamssani baluch including three parts: shah bakhsh (ismail zehi), hashem zehi and noshirvani. 4. mamssani kurds, including the sanjabi tribe of mamssani descent in iran and mamssani kurds in iraq and syria 5- lor mamssani in fars and kohgiluyeh, boyer-ahmad provinces and in bakhtiari.
