کشورها براساس مطلوبیت راهبردی مبتنی بر منافع ملی به دنبال ایجاد نظم امنیتی مطلوب خود در مناطق مختلف جهان به ویژه در محیط پیرامونی‌شان هستند. سیاست خارجی مقاومت‌پایه جمهوری اسلامی ایران نیز از این قاعده مستثنی نبوده و براساس آموزه‌های انقلاب اسلامی و به ویژه «نفی سلطه‌گری و سلطه‌پذیری»، نظم دفاعی-امنیتی آرمانی خود را بر محور و مدار مفهوم مقاومت ترسیم نموده و معتقد است در صورت تامین امنیت ملی با اتکاء به ظرفیت های درونی و توانمندیهای داخلی کشورهای منطقه، ریشه اصلی وابستگی به قدرت های بزرگ خارجی و دنباله‌روی از سیاستهای استعماری مداخله گرایانه و اشغال‌گرایانه آنها از بین خواهد رفت. چنین نظمی حق دفاع مشروع از خود را تحت هیچ شرایطی برون‌سپاری ننموده و براساس منطق خودیاری و خوداتکایی، امنیت خودبنیاد و درون‌زای پایدار را بنا می نهد. در ترسیم چنین نظمی رژیم صهیونیستی بقاء و حضور خارجی نداشته و با مداخله و نفوذ بیگانگان به ویژه امریکا مبارزه می‌شود. اصولاً نظم‌سازی دارای سه فرآیند گفتمان‌سازی، نهادسازی و رژیم‌سازی است که بدون این سه مهم هیچ نظم پایداری محقق نخواهد ماند؛ ...

based on the strategic desirability based on national interests, countries seek to establish their desired security order in different regions of the world, especially in their surrounding environment. the islamic republic of iran's foreign policy of resistance is not an exception to this rule, and based on the teachings of the islamic revolution, especially the negation of domination and domination, it has drawn its ideal defense-security system on the axis and orbit of the concept of resistance, and believes that in case of providing national security by relying on the internal capacities and capabilities of the countries of the region, the main root of dependence on major foreign powers and following their interventionist and occupationist colonial policies will disappear. such a system has not outsourced the right to legitimate self-defense under any circumstances and based on the logic of self-help and self-reliance, it establishes self-founded and stable endogenous security. in drawing such an order, the zionist regime does not have the possibility of survival and foreign presence, and the intervention and influence of foreigners, especially america, is fought. basically, order building has three processes: discourse building, institution building, and regime building, without these three important processes, no stable order will be achieved; meanwhile, resistance has the special capacity of political socialization and the production of social discourse in the direction of sustainable security, which is opposed to an unstable greenhouse security due to dependence and the application of conditions such as compromise, compromise, surrender, follow-through and domination, and will not allow occupation and interventionism to foreigners. the main research question is, how is the desired defense-security order of the islamic republic of iran in west asia and with what coordinates can it be drawn? the hypothesis of the article is that iran's desirable defense-security order is an order with a central sign of resistance, which will be formed with the formation of the islamic resistance concert and through hidden defense-security diplomacy in the region. consequently, despite the existence of actors against this process, the use of covert diplomacy at different levels with governmental and non-governmental actors of the resistance axis to form such an order is a strategic necessity that should be taken into consideration by the intelligence and security institutions of the islamic republic and the resistance axis.
