جایگاه جمهوری اسلامی ایران در سند استراتژی امنیت ملی دولت بایدن

سند استراتژی امنیت ملی آمریکا در 13 اکتبر 2022 منتشر شد که در آن طیف گسترده‌ای از مسائل امنیت ملی آمریکا از جمله رقابت‎های جهانی با قدرت‎های بزرگ، تهدیدات فناوری‌های نوظهور، چالش‌های چندستونی در غرب آسیا، تهدید ایران منطقه‎ای و ... پرداخته شده است. انتشار این سند که بعد از بحران اوکراین و اغتشاشات داخلی ایران به‎وقوع پیوست، لحن متفاوت‎تری نسبت به سند موقت قبلی داشت. دغدغه و مسئله مقاله این است که جمهوری اسلامی ایران چه جایگاهی در سند استراتژی امنیت ملی دولت آمریکا دارد؟ این مقاله کاربردی و به روش تکوین استقرایی مقوله‌ها انجام شده است. حجم نمونه 30 نفراست. اطلاعات این تحقیق از دو روش «میدانی» با استفاده از ابزار مصاحبه و «کتابخانه‌ای» با استفاده از متن سند 2022 امنیت ملی آمریکا گردآوری و با استفاده از نرم‌افزار «مکس کیودا»، تجزیه و تحلیل شده است. یافته‌های مقاله حاکی از آن است که در سند امنیت ملی دولت بایدن، به‌طور ویژه «شش» نگرانی راجع به ایران ادعا شده که شامل «دخالت در امور داخلی کشورهای همسایه»، «اشاعه موشکی و پهپاد»، «صدمه زدن به آمریکایی‌ها از جمله مقام‌های سابق»، «تهدید آزادی دریانوردی»، «پیش بردن برنامه هسته‌ای به فراسوی نیاز» و نیز «تضییع حقوق اساسی مردم کشور خود» است. طبق نتایج تحقیق، راهبرد امنیتی آمریکا برای مقابله با مجموع این چالش‎ها و تهدیدات ج.ا.ایران، شامل واگذاری مسئولیت به متحدان، تهدید تاکتیکی، بازدارندگی سیاسی، اقدامات پرشدت عملیاتی برای محدود‌سازی قدرت ایران در مسائل داخلی، منطقه‌ای و بین‎المللی، تحریم‌های اقتصادی و نهایتاً بهره‌گیری از همه این‌ها در گزاره «یکپارچگی راهبردی» خواهد بود.

in the us national security strategy document, a wide range of national security issues of this country, including global competition with great powers, emerging technology threats, multi-pillar challenges in west asia, regional iran threat, have been discussed. the concern and issue of the article is what is the position of the islamic republic of iran in the us government's national security strategy document? this article is applied and done by the method of inductive development of categories. the information of this research has been collected from two methods, field using the interview tool and library using the text of the 2022 us national security document and analyzed using the max kyuda software. the findings of the article indicate that in the national security document of the biden government, specifically six concerns about iran are claimed, which include interference in the internal affairs of neighboring countries, missile and drone proliferation, hurting americans, including former officials, threat to the freedom of navigation, advancing the nuclear program beyond the need and also wasting the fundamental rights of the people of our country. according to the results of the research, the american security strategy to deal with all these challenges and threats to iran, including delegating responsibility to allies, tactical threats, political deterrence, and strong operational measures to limit iran's power in domestic, regional and international issues. international, economic sanctions and finally taking advantage of all these will be in the proposition of strategic integration.
