چکیده
|
هدف این پژوهش، بررسی علل، زمینه‌ها و پیامدهای جنگ دوم قره‌باغ و نقش بازیگران منطقه‌ای ازجمله روسیه و ترکیه در آن است. درگیری قره‌باغ یکی از اختلافات مداوم در فضاهای پس از فروپاشی شوروی سابق بوده است که در طول سه دهه مناسبات سیاسی و امنیتی، قفقاز جنوبی را تحت‌تاثیر قرار داده است. در پاییز سال 2020، یک جنگ شش هفته‌ای، دینامیک سه دهه جدال بین آذربایجان و ارمنستان را بر سر منطقه مورد مناقشه قره‌باغ تغییر داد و جنگی تمام‌عیار بین دو بازیگر بر سر بحران قره‌باغ شکل گرفت. این پژوهش سعی دارد به بررسی وضعیت سیاسی نظامی جنگ دوم قره‌باغ و نقش بازیگران منطقه‌ای ازجمله روسیه و ترکیه در این جنگ بپردازد و پیامدهای سیاسی و امنیتی این جنگ را بررسی کند. به‌نظر می‌رسد جنگ دوم قره‌باغ تحت‌تاثیر تغییر توازن قدرت بین ارمنستان و آذربایجان و تغییر رویکرد سیاسی بازیگران منطقه‌ای (روسیه و ترکیه) نسبت به بحران قره‌باغ رخ‌داده است. روش تحقیق در این مقاله موردی، زمینه‌ای تاریخی است و روش گرداوری داده‌ها، مطالعه اسنادی است.

Abstract
|
The purpose of this research is to investigate the causes, contexts and consequences of the second Karabakh war and the role of regional actors such as Russia and Turkey in it. The NagornoKarabakh conflict has been one of the ongoing conflicts in the space after the collapse of the former Soviet Union, which has affected the South Caucasus during three decades of political and security relations. In the fall of 2020, a sixweek war changed the dynamics of the threedecade conflict between Azerbaijan and Armenia over the disputed region of Karabakh, and a fullscale war between the two actors over the Karabakh crisis took place. This research tries to investigate the political and military situation of the Second Karabakh War and the role of regional actors such as Russia and Turkey in this war and investigate the political and security consequences of this war. It seems that the second NagornoQarabagh war was influenced by the change in the balance of power between Armenia and Azerbaijan and the change in the political approach of regional actors (Russia and Turkey) towards the NagornoQarabagh crisis. The research method in this article is case, historicalcontextual, and the data collection method is document study.
