تاثیر شکل‌گیری پیمان‌های امنیتی چندجانبه میان همسایگان در تقابل با جمهوری اسلامی ایران

همواره در شکل‌گیری پیمان امنیتی دفاعی، مواردی چون ساختار نظام بین‌الملل، نیازهای امنیتی و جهت‌گیری‌های سیاسی موثرند. در این پیوند عواملی نظیر قدرت نظامی، ساختارهای بین‌المللی، درک از تهدید، اهداف پیمان دفاعی، همبستگی و انسجام میان اعضا و نهایتاً تهدید مشترک در کاربست یک پیمان دفاعی موثر است. در این زمینه، همواره یکی از مهم‌ترین دغدغه‌های جمهوری اسلامی در منطقه غرب آسیا، شکل‌گیری پیمان‌های امنیتی چندجانبه برمبنای ژئوپولیتیک تهدید و با محوریت تخاصم علیه کشورمان بوده است. این نگرانی ازسوی جمهوری اسلامی به‌خصوص پس از تحولات 2011 و گسترش قیام‌های عربی در منطقه غرب آسیا و شمال آفریقا افزایش نیز یافته است. در این میان متغیرهای متعددی منجر به عدم شکل‌گیری پیمان‌های امنیتی یک‌جانبه‌ای علیه ایران شده است که می‌توان در این خصوص به عدم قطعیت، وضعیت آنارشی و بی‌ثباتی فضا در غرب آسیا اشاره کرد؛ به‌گونه‌ای که تا حدود زیادی پیش‌بینی حرکت بعدی بازیگران در چنین شرایطی را با مشکل مواجه کرده است بنابراین، ارزیابی نحوه قطب‌بندی‌های منطقه، نقش بازیگران منطقه‌ای و دخالت قدرت‌های فرامنطقه‌ای در تبیین موضوع، اهمیت فراوانی دارد. هدف از این پژوهش، بررسی میزان ظرفیت‌های ذاتی این رویکرد در تبیین پویش‌های امنیتی منطقه است. روش پژوهش، توصیفی تحلیلی و روش جمع‌آوری داده‌ها به‌صورت کتابخانه‌ای است.

The Effect of Forming Multilateral Security Agreements between Neighbors against the Islamic Republic of Iran

In this connection, factors such as; Military power, international structures, understanding of the threat, goals of the defense pact, solidarity and cohesion among the members, and finally the common threat are effective in the application of a defense pact. In this regard, one of the most important concerns of the Islamic Republic in the West Asian region has always been the formation of multilateral security agreements based on geopolitical threats and with a focus on hostilities against our country. This concern has been heightened by the Islamic Republic, especially after the 2011 developments and the spread of the Arab uprisings in West Asia and North Africa. In the meantime, several variables have led to the failure to form unilateral security agreements against Iran, which can be referred to the uncertainty, anarchy and instability of space in West Asia, so that to a large extent predict the next move of actors in such circumstances. Has faced minimal flexibility. Therefore, assessing the polarization of the region, the role of regional actors and the involvement of supraregional powers in explaining the issue is of great importance. The purpose is to examine the inherent capacity of this approach in explaining the security dynamics of the region. The research method is descriptiveanalytical and the data collection method is library.
