پس‌رانش: تحلیلی بر پیامدهای امنیتی افول داعش در کشورهای حامی و موسس

بی تردید گروه تروریستی داعش به جولانگاهِ حوادث گوناگون در جهان، به‌ویژه در منطقه خاورمیانه بدل شده است؛ تا آنجا که نسل جدیدی از مفهوم تروریسم را از باب اعضای چندملیتی، به واسطه پیوند با تکنولوژی های پیشرفته اطلاعاتی که از آن به‌عنوان تروریسم شبکه ای تعبیر می‌شود، به خود منتسب گردانیده است و به‌صورت یک پدیده استراتژیک امنیتی برای کشورها خودنمایی کرده اند. پدیده ای که به نظر می رسد معضل امنیتی برای کشورهای حامی و موسس نیز به شمار می آید. این مقاله در پی تحلیل پیامدهای افول داعش در کشورهای حامی و موسس آن، با بهره‌گیری از نظریه پس رانشِ چالمرز جانسون می باشد. از این منظر، پژوهش پیش‌رو به روش کیفی و با رویکرد توصیفی، تحلیلی صورت گرفته و گردآوری اطلاعات بر مبنای مطالعات کتابخانه‌ای و اسنادی شامل کتاب‌ها، مقاله‌های تخصصی و اینترنت بوده است. یافته های پژوهش نشان می دهد که گروه تروریستیِ چندملیتی داعش، درنتیجه شکست یا ناامیدی به کشورهای خود سرازیر شده که به عرصه ای برای اقدامات تروریستی تعیّن پیدا می کند؛ به‌عبارت دیگر، بحران تروریسم در کشورهای خاورمیانه، به‌ویژه عراق و سوریه به پس رانشی برای کشورهای غربی و حامیان عربی آن‌ها تبدیل شده است.

Blowback: An Analysis of the Consequences of the ISIS’s Downfall in the Supporter and Founder Countries

There is no doubt that terrorist group of ISIS is converted to an avenue for different events in the world, and mainly in the Middle East. To the extent that, a new generation of terrorist concept, that is, a network terrorism, is developed on the bases of its multinational members and access to advanced information technologies. ISIS reflected itself as a security strategic phenomenon for many countries, including its supporters and founders. Utilizing blow back theory of Chalmers Johnson, From this perspective, the leading research has been done in a qualitative manner with a descriptiveanalytical approach and the collection of information has been based on library and documentary studies including books, specialized articles and the Internet. Findings of this study show that ISIS multinational terrorist group, as a result of its defeat and hopelessness, is turned upside down into its original countries and found a new space for terrorist activities. In other words, terrorism crisis in the Middle East countries, and particularly, in Iraq and Syria, can be considered as a mirror underhand of western countries leaded by the USA.
