جستاری نوین در چگونگی شناخت ژئوپلیتیک گفتمانی کشورها در چارچوب عملکرد اقتصاد سیاسی

از دهۀ 1980 میلادی با مشاهدۀ ضعف پیش‌بینی‌های ژئوپلیتیک اثبات‌گرا پاره‌ای از محققان ژئوپلیتیک به‌سوی چارچوب‌های نظری جدیدی سوق یافتند که به تجدیدنظر و ارزیابی مجدد در روش‌ها و سنت‌های حاکم بر تفکر ژئوپلیتیک می‌پرداخت. ازجمله رویکردهای ژئوپلیتیک انتقادی، اهمیت‌یافتن جایگاه اقتصاد سیاسی در تولید قلمروخواهی کشورها و واحدهای سرزمینی در مقیاس فراملی و در ترسیم رفتارهای ژئوپلیتیک آنها می‌باشد. این پژوهش با اتخاذ روش‌شناسی فرا اثبات‌گرا به‌دنبال تحلیل چگونگی شناخت کنش‌ها و راهبردهای در چارچوب ژئوپلیتیک گفتمانی مبتنی‌بر عملکرد فرایندهای اقتصاد سیاسی به‌مثابه یکی از مهم‌ترین وجوه جامعه‌شناسی تاریخی است. در این رویکرد، ظهور کنش‌ها، روابط و ساختار ژئوپلیتیک در مقیاس منطقه‌ای و جهانی متاثر از فرایندهای اقتصاد سیاسی درون کشورها مورد مطالعه قرار می‌گیرد. یافته‌های تحقیق بیانگر آن است که ژئوپلیتیک گفتمانی در هر دوره‌ای متاثر از قواعد اقتصاد سیاسی متمایز بوده و براین‌مبنا در هر مقطع تاریخی الگوی متمایزی از کنش‌ها و رفتارهای ژئوپلیتیک توسط کشورها ظهور می‌یابد. دراین‌راستا جهت تبیین کارکرد اقتصاد سیاسی در ظهور ژئوپلیتیک گفتمانی از ابزارهای شناختی به‌ویژه عقلانیت دیالکتیک درجهت تعمیم‌های محدود به زمان معین استفاده می‌شود که به کشف گزاره‌های تفریدی می‌انجامد.

New Investgaton on how to understand the geopolitcal discourse of States in the context of political economy functon

Since the 1980s, with observing the weakness of the positvist geopolitcal predictons some geopolitcal researchers have shifed to new theoretcal frameworks that revise and reassess classical geopolitcs and It became generally known as critcal geopolitcs. One of the critcal geopolitical approaches was to promote the importance of politcal economy in producing transnatonal geopolitcal goals. These studies by using with transpositve methodology analyzes how emerging geopolitcal practces and strategies in any country based on the performance of politcal economy processes. In this research, have been atempted with descriptveanalytcal methods to be presented new approach to Functonalize the historical dimensions of geographic space within the Structural School. The fndings research reveals that geopolitcs discourse in any era was infuenced by distinct paterns of politcal economy and in every historical period, emerges a distnct patern of geopolitical practces and behaviors by states. This approach led geopolitcal scholars to pay atenton to historical sociology in their research. Although in geopolitcal studies Concepts like positon, the size of territory, climate, and topographical features play decisive role in the historical fate of a geographical territory, but how, to what extent and for what purpose, is determined by the dominant politcal economy approaches. On this basis, geopolitcal strategies have a basis (key exponents and paradigmatc forces) within the functonal frameworks of the politcal economy system, which are unique in their own way, unique and incomparable.
