بررسی تطبیقی گزینه‌های مطلوب قدرت هوایی در حوزه عدم‌تقارن

هدف این مقاله، بررسی تطبیقی گزینه‌های مفروض قدرت هوایی: تاکتیک‌های کلاسیک قدرت هوایی، جنگ اطلاعات، فریب نظامی و اعمال تهدیدات مبهم با قابلیت‌های ناشناخته در یک فضای عدم‌تقارن برای مقابله با تهدیدات احتمالی است. روش تحقیق، میدانی و پیمایشی است. در یک تحقیق میدانی از میان کادرهای علمی و آموزشی دانشگاه هوایی، گروه آموزش‌های تخصص‌های هوایی و دانشجویان هوایی دانشگاه عالی دفاع ملی که آگاهی مناسبی پیرامون به‌کارگیری قدرت هوایی در یک جنگ در حوزه عدم‌تقارن را دارند، با دراختیارنهادن پرسشنامه‌ای مناسب، نتایج به‌دست‌آمده با استفاده از روش‌های تحقیق دلفی برای استانداردسازی و از فرایند پژوهش عملیاتی تحلیل سلسله‌مراتبی یا روش ahp تجزیه‌وتحلیل شد. در این تحقیق، متغیرهای تاثیر معیارهای آموزش، اثربخشی، کارایی عملیاتی و فناوری تجهیزات در فرضیه، یعنی گزینه‌های چهارگانه رویکرد نامتقارن قدرت هوایی انتخاب و بعد از استانداردسازی مورد بررسی و تجزیه‌وتحلیل آماری قرار گرفت که نتیجه آن رد فرضیه تاثیر به‌کارگیری تاکتیک‌های کلاسیک قدرت هوایی و تایید سه گزینه دیگر: جنگ اطلاعات، فریب نظامی و اعمال تهدیدات مبهم با قابلیت ناشناخته در حوزه عدم‌تقارن و همچنین تعیین میزان اهمیت و ارجحیت گزینه‌های فوق باتوجه‌به معیارهای چهارگانه آموزش، اثربخشی، کارایی عملیاتی و فناوری تجهیزات می‌باشد.
