بررسی و نقد نظریه‌های قلمروسازی ژئوپولیتیکی کشورها و تبیین مدل نظری مطالعه موردی: روسیه در اوراسیا

قلمروسازی که کنشی هدف‌مند به‌منظور اعمال نظارت انحصاری بر فضای جغرافیا ست، بخش مستمری از فعالیت بازیگران سیاسی در عرصۀ روابط بین الملل محسوب می شود که به‌لحاظ تاریخی با زندگی بشر پیوند خورده است. انعقاد پیمان وستفالی (1648) و ظهور دولت مدرن، مفهوم قلمروسازی را به‌گونه ای با حاکمیت و نظام سیاسی مرتبط ساخته که آنها برایر بقا به‌شدت ملزم به کسب قدرتند. تاثیر بی بدیل عناصر فضای جغرافیایی بر قدرت، پیوسته عاملی پرجاذبه و مورد علاقه حکومت ها جهت نیل به قلمروسازی می باشد. مقاله حاضر که ازنظر هدف، بنیادی کاربردی است با رویکرد توصیفی تحلیلی و با استفاده از منابع کتابخانه ای به‌دنبال پاسخ به چرایی و چگونگی قلمروسازی ژئوپولیتیکی کشورهاست. ازهمین‌رو، با تحلیل و نقد دیدگا‌ه‌های نظریه پردازان رشته های جغرافیا، ژئوپولیتیک، علوم سیاسی، ... و مکاتب فکری و فلسفی مرتبط با قلمروسازی که قدرت را جهت تحقق اهدافی چون سلطه، برد، نفوذ و ایجاد نظم جهانیی جستجو می کنند، نظریه تازه و جامع تری را در زمینه عوامل موثر بر کنش قلمروسازی ژئوپولیتیکی کشورها ارائه می نماید. یافته‌های تحقیق که درقالب مدل پایانی آمده است، نشان می دهد متغیرهای گوناگون سیاسی، اقتصادی، نظامی و فرهنگی هم زمان در ارتباطی متقابل، عامل کنش قلمروسازی ژئوپولیتیکی کشورها به‌منظور تصاحب یا نظارت بر فضاهای برخوردار از عناصر قدرت‌آفرین محسوب می شوند.

A Study and Critique of the Theories of Territorializing Countries Geopolitically and an Explanation of a Theoretical Model

Territorializing, which is a purposeful action in order to exert a monopolistic control over a geography, is considered as an ongoing part of political actors’ activity in the area of international relations which is historically interlinked, with human life. The conclusion of the Peace Treaty of Westphalia (1648) and the emergence of the modern state, related the concept of territorializing with the sovereignty and the political system that they are severely struggling to gain power only to survive. The unparalleled effect of the components of geographical space on power is invariably an attractive factor to the interest of governments for their efforts to attain territorializing. The present article, which is fundamentalapplied in terms of purpose, uses a descriptiveanalytical approach and seeks to answer how and why to territorialize countries geopolitically by using library sources. So, the present article presents a new and comprehensive theory on the factors effective on the action of territorializing countries geopolitically, by presenting an analysis and critique of the opinions and ideas of theorisians in geography, geopolitics, political sciences...and intellectual and philosophical schools concerned with territoriality that pursue power in an effort to achieve objectives such as domination, victory, influence and establishing a global order. The findings of the research in the final model show that different variables like political, economical, military and cultural in a mutual relationship are simultaneously  considered to be a cause for the action of territorializing countries geopolitically for the purpose of capturing or monitoring the areas that possess the power creating elements.
