رهیافت جایگاه جمهوری اسلامی ایران در ترتیبات امنیتی منطقه

سیاست ایران در منطقه غرب آسیا، از یک‌سو بر پایه عوامل همگرایی در حوزه‌های سیاسی، اقتصادی و فرهنگی، از فرصت‌ها و زمینه‌های نفوذ و همکاری، برخوردار است و ازسوی‌دیگر باتوجه‌به عوامل واگرایی، با چالش‌ها و تهدیداتی مواجه است که برآیند این امر، همواره در جهت‌گیری سیاست ایران در منطقه، تاثیرگذار بوده است. هدف این مقاله چگونگی ارتقای جایگاه و نقش جمهوری اسلامی ایران در ترتیبات امنیتی منطقه است. در این مقاله تلاش شده است به ترتیبات امنیتی منطقه‌ای حاکم بر غرب آسیا پرداخته شود. نگارندگان معتقدند، کمک ایران به شکل‌گیری دولت‌های قدرتمند و توانمند برای مدیریت منازعه‌ها و بی‌ثباتی‌های درونی، اهمیتی اساسی دارد. داده‌های موجود با استفاده از روش توصیفی تحلیلی مبتنی‌بر اسناد کتابخانه‌ای، گردآوری شده است. یافته های این پژوهش نشان می‌دهد، جمهوری اسلامی ایران با سه چالش عمده ازقبیل مشکلات اقتصادی داخلی و تحولات منطقه‌ای پیوستی شامل عراق، سوریه و ناامنی در مرزهای شرقی مواجه است. لذا رفع مسائل اقتصادی (کنترل تورم، بیکاری، فقر و مشکلات اجتماعی)، ایجاد ثبات و امنیت در عراق و سوریه و تقویت دولت‌های مرکزی در کشورهای همسایه مرزهای شرقی (افغانستان و پاکستان) از اولویت‌های جمهوری اسلامی ایران تلقی می‌شود.

The Islamic Republic of Iran’s promotion approach in regional security arrangements

The outbreak of the Islamic Revolution in Iran in the late twentieth century and its growing influence in the region have raised concerns in some USled countries in the region and beyond. In this process, the biggest concern is the empowerment of Shiites in the region and the threat to their interests in West Asia. Therefore, Western countries, led by the United States, have been playing a role in the postIslamic years to this day in various ways, trying to undermine the ideals and goals of the Islamic Revolution in the region. The purpose of this article is to improve the position and role of the Islamic Republic of Iran in the security arrangements of the region; The available data were collected using descriptiveanalytical method based on library documents. The findings of this study show that the Islamic Republic of Iran faces three major challenges such as; It faces internal economic problems, developments in the region, including Iraq and Syria, and insecurity on the eastern border. Therefore, resolving economic issues (controlling inflation, unemployment, poverty and social problems), creating stability and security in Iraq and Syria and strengthening central governments in neighboring countries on the eastern borders (Afghanistan and Pakistan) are among the priorities of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
