فلسفه جنگ‌های نیابتی در عصر جدید

محیط پیرامونی ایران که شاید حساس‌ترین محیط امنیتی جهان باشد، سرشار از تهدید و فرصت‌هایی است که  منافع و امنیت ملی کشور ما را تحت تاثیر خود قرار می‌دهد و استکبار جهانی در سال‌های اخیر با ناامیدی از دستیابی به اهداف خود در مهار انقلاب اسلامی، ایجاد و توسعه جنگ نیابتی را در دستور کار خود قرار داده  که در آن دشمن مقابل، نه یک کشور و یا ائتلافی بین‌المللی که گروه‌هایی نوظهور با سازماندهی پیچیده‌، پشتیبانی بی‌دریغ مالی و تجهیزاتی و نظام جذب نیروی انسانی با عقیده تکفیری هستند. باعنایت‌به تهدیدهای روزافزون ناشی از این نوع جنگ‌ها که در محیط امنیتی  ایران نمایان شده‌اند و وضعیت شکننده «نه جنگ نه صلح» میان  ایران و امریکا که با وجود پایداری نسبی در چهار دهه گذشته، همواره مستعد تغییر و دگرگونی بوده و سبب شده تا احتمال جدی برای بروز جنگ  نیابتی و یا وقوع درگیری نظامی تمام‌عیار وجود داشته باشد. ازاین‌رو، این مقاله دنبال تبیین فلسفه جنگ‌های نیابتی در عصر جدید است. برای دستیابی به این هدف، از روش توصیفی تحلیلی استفاده شده است و جامعه آماری آن شامل اسناد و منابع معتبر انتشاریافته و دردسترس محقق بوده است. نتیجه ‌اینکه، جنگ نیابتی، معمولاً درراستای اهداف قدرت‌های رقیب، به‌منظور دوری از جنگ مستقیم و  رودررو که می‌تواند خسارت  سنگین مادی و معنوی به‌همراه داشته باشد در عصر جدید نیز به‌عنوان یکی از ابزارهای پیشبرد اهداف کلان، مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.

Philosophy of Proxy war in new era

Iran’s environment,which is perhaps the most sensitive security environment in the world, is full of threats and opportunities that affect our country’s national interests and security And in recent years ,global arrogancefrustrated with achieving its goals in controlling the Islamic Revolutionhas put the creation and development of proxy warfare on its agenda in which the enemy is not one country or international coalition, but new emerging groups with complicated organization, unsparing financial and equipment support and the system of recruiting human beings with takfiri belief. With regard to the growing threats posed by these types of wars that have emerged in Iran’s security environment ,And the fragile condition of neither war nor peace between Iran and the United States despite relative stability over the past four decades has always been talented to change and transform and has led to a serious possibility of proxy war or fullscale military conflict. Therefore, in this article, we explore to explain the philosophy of proxy wars in the new era. So,to achieve these goals, a descriptiveanalytical method has been used and its statistical population includes published documents and resources which are available to the researcher. As a result, the proxy warfare is often used in direction of the goals of rival powers in order to avoid direct and facetoface warfare, which can cause great material and spiritual damage. In the new era, it is also used as one of the tools to advance big goals.
