تاثیر بسیج ظرفیت‌ها و منابع ملی در جنگ‌های آینده

با دقت در زندگی بشر در طول تاریخ می توان دریافت که از ابتدای آفرینش، جنگ و درگیری با انسان همراه بوده و جزء جدایی‌ناپذیری از زندگی اوست. در جنگ های اخیر، درگیری‎های منطقه‎ای و تکثیر و استفاده از فناوری‎های مدرن نظامی نشان می‌دهد که وسعت، مشخصات و پیچیدگی‎های محیط جنگ‎ها، لزوم تفکر و بررسی علمی، منطقی و نظام‎مند دفاعی را می‎طلبد و این آمادگی با شناخت صحیح از جنگ‌های آینده و فراهم‌نمودن منابع و ظرفیت های ملی متناسب با نیازهای آن محقق می شود. بدون‌‌تردید بسیج منابع و ظرفیت‌های ملی در پشتیبانی از جنگ‌های آینده در سرنوشت آن تاثیر بسزائی خواهد داشت. در شرایط تهدید دشمنان و به وقوع پیوستن جنگ، بسیج منابع ملی بسته به شرایط داخلی و خارجی و نیز باتوجه‌به نوع و ویژگی تهدیداتِ پیش رو، متفاوت بوده و می تواند اثرات متفاوتی ایفا نماید. این تحقیق با هدف دستیابی به تاثیر بسیج امکانات و منابع ملی در جنگ های آینده انجام‌ شده است. پژوهش حاضر، از نوع کاربردی بوده و با روش آمیخته، ضمن مطالعات کتابخانه ای و اسنادی، داده های جمع‌آوری‌‌شده مورد تجزیه‌وتحلیل کمی قرارگرفته و نتایج آن در روش کیفی مورد بهره برداری واقع ‌شده است. براساس یافته های تحقیق بسیج منابع ملی می تواند ظرفیتی بی نظیر را دراختیار فرماندهان قرار دهد تا با اتکا به آن بتوانند اولاً بازدارندگی ایجاد نمایند و ثانیاً درصورت بروز جنگ، سرنوشت نبرد را به نفع جبهه خودی تغییر دهند. درپایان، محققین پیشنهادهایی کاربردی نیز ارائه نموده اند.

The impact of mobilizing national resources and facilities in future wars

A careful look at human life throughout history reveals that war and conflict have been with man from the very beginning of creation, and is an integral part of his life. Regional conflicts and the proliferation and use technologies in recent wars show that the breadth, characteristics and complexities of war environments require the necessity of scientific, rational and systematic thinking and reviewing for defense, and this preparedness is achieved by having a proper understanding of the future wars and providing national resources and capacities tailored to its needs. Without a doubt, the mobilization of national resources and capacities to support future wars will have a significant impact on its fate. Depending on the internal and external conditions, as well as the type and nature of the threats ahead, the mobilization of national resources varies in terms of enemy threats and the occurrence of war, so can have different effects. This study aims to explore the impact of mobilizing national facilities and resources in future wars. The research method in this study is deductive and functional in terms of functionality and the data collected has been analyzed quantitatively through mixed method, in addition to library and documentary studies, then its results have been used in a qualitative method. According to the findings, mobilizing national resources can provide commanders an unparalleled capacity, firstly to develop deterrence, and secondly to alter the fate of the battle for their own advantage in case of war. Finally, the researcher has provided some practical suggestions.
