روش‌شناسی نشانه‏ شناختی در پدیده‌‌های سیاسی امنیتی

علوم، درراستای موضوعاتی که دنبال می‏نمایند، روش‏هایی را مورد بهره‏برداری قرار می‏دهند که بتوانند به شکل آسان‏تری به مجهولات در حوزه‏ مذکور دست‏ یابند. روش‏شناسی، شناخت روش‏های علوم یا علم روش، دانشی است که درباره‏ روش‏های مناسب تحقیق و اثبات علوم مختلف به بحث و تحقیق می‏پردازد. روش‏شناسی به نحوه‏ شناخت مسائل و پدیده‏های موجود در علوم، عموماً و علوم انسانی و اجتماعی خصوصاً، مربوط است. درک و فهم مناسب و متناسب پدیده‏ها با اتخاذ روش درست، ممکن و میسور می‏شود. نشانه‏شناسی به‌عنوان یکی از روش‏هایی است که به‌صورت ویژه در علوم انسانی و اجتماعی که به کشف محتوا و معانی موجود در تعامل و ارتباط انسانی و اجتماعی می‏پردازد، مورد استفاده و بهره‏برداری قرار می‏گیرد. علوم سیاسی و امنیتی ازجمله حوزه‏هایی هستند که نشانه‏شناسی درراستای پنهان‏سازی و کشف معنا و مقصود پدیده‏ها، تحولات و رخدادها، انتقال و تداعی‏کنندگی مقاصد و منظورها را مورد نظر قرار می‏دهند. چگونگی درک پدیده‏های سیاسی و امنیتی و تحلیل تحولات ناشی از آنها امری لازم در علوم امنیتی و سیاسی است که در کنترل و مدیریت تحولات، نقشی تعیین‌کننده دارد.

A semiotic methodology for politicalsecurity phenomena

In pursuit of the sciences they pursue, they employ methods that can more easily reach the unknown in the field. Methodology or methodology, knowledge of the methods of science or the science of method, is the knowledge that discusses appropriate methods of research and proving the various sciences. The methodology is related to how issues and phenomena are understood in the sciences, in general, and in the humanities and social sciences in particular. Appropriate understanding of the phenomena becomes possible by adopting a method. Semiotics is one of the methods used in particular in the humanities and social sciences that explores the content and meanings of humansocial interaction and communication. Political and security sciences are areas in which semiotics is intended to conceal and discover the meaning and purpose of phenomena, developments, and events that transmit and associate intentions and purposes. Understanding the political and security phenomena, and analyzing the resulting developments, is essential in the security and political sciences, which can play a critical role in controlling and managing developments.
