تاثیر دیپلماسی عمومی امریکا در عراق بر امنیت ملی جمهوری اسلامی ایران

تحولات پرشتاب منطقه غرب آسیا و تاثیرگذاری سریع و مستقیم آن بر امنیت ملی جمهوری اسلامی یکی از اصلی‌ترین موضوعات سیاست‌گذاری و سیاست‌ورزی برای جمهوری اسلامی است. حضور امریکا در عراق به‌عنوان کانون این تحولات پرشتاب و فعالیت‌های این کشور در عراق سبب شکل‌گیری دغدغه‌های امنیتی در ایران شده است. ازآنجاکه دیپلماسی عمومی امریکا در محیط عراق به‌عنوان پیشران فعالیت‌های امریکا در عراق پسااشغال و به‌ویژه در سال‌های اخیر می‌باشد، این نوشتار به‌دنبال تحلیل تاثیرات فعالیت‌های دیپلماسی عمومی امریکایی‌ها در عراق جدید بر امنیت ملی جمهوری اسلامی است. ازاین‌رو با تمرکزی دقیق و عمیق، داده‌های متنوعی در سه حوزه (مصاحبه، حضور میدانی وتحلیل محتوای اسنادی) جمع‌آوری و مورد تحلیل قرار‌گرفته و درپایان داده‌های محوری به‌دست‌آمده بر امنیت ملی ایران اثرسنجی شد.

The Impact of the United States’ Public Diplomacy in Iraq on the National Security of the Islamic republic of Iran

The fastmoving developments in the West region of Asia and its direct impact on the national security of the Islamic Republic of Iran constitutes one of the most principal issues of policy making and statesmanship for the Islamic Republic. The United States’ presence as the centre of these fastgoing developments as well as its activities in Iraq led to the rise of security concerns in Iran. Since the United States’ public diplomacy in Iraq as the driver of America’s activities in the postoccupation Iraq, especially in the recent years, this writing seeks to analyze the effects of the public diplomacy activities carried out by the United States on the national security of the Islamic Republic of Iran. Therefore, various data were collected and analyzed in three areas, namly interview, field presence and documentary content analysis, through a deep and focused concentration. Finally, the effects of the obtained axial data on the national security of the Islamic Republic of Iran were assessed.
