بررسی روابط ایران و امریکا ازمنظر مولفه‌های قدرت هوشمند

رفتار سیاست خارجی واکنشی به محرک های داخلی و خارجی است که به‌صورت حلقه‌های یک زنجیر به هم ارتباط دارند. وجود متغیرهای گوناگون و تاثیرگذار بر روند تصمیم‌گیری، باعث شده است که امکان تعمیم رفتار سیاست خارجی برخی از کشورها امکان‌پذیر نباشد. بنابراین، با مطالعه کلان‌روندها و پیشران‌ها می‌توان نسبت به شناخت تغییرات در روابط خارجی کشورها اقدام نمود. هدف از این تحقیق، بررسی و تجزیه‌وتحلیل مولفه‌های قدرت هوشمند در روابط فیمابین ایران و امریکاست. دراین‌راستا، نقش مولفه‌های قدرت، فرهنگ و قدرت هوشمند که تابه‌حال در برقراری روابط سیاسی، اقتصادی و... جدی گرفته نشده بودند، برجسته خواهد شد. مهندسی روابط بین‌الملل به کمک نرم‌افزارهای تحلیلی و آماری با استفاده از داده‌های میدانی درقالب مصاحبه‌ها و پرسشنامه‌ها و همچنین مطالعات اسنادی در حوزه علوم انسانی و نیز روش پانل خبرگان به‌ندرت انجام گرفته است. در این بررسی، به‌طور هم‌زمان چند متغیر تاثیرگذار در این حوزه توسط نرم‌افزار به‌صورت کاملاً نوآورانه مورد استفاده قرار گرفته است. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات شامل مصاحبه عمیق کیفی بوده و روش تجزیه‌وتحلیل یافته‌ها با بهره‌گیری از روش دلفی و طیف لیکرت انجام شده است. نتایج این تحقیق نشان می دهد که مولفه‌های قدرت و فرهنگ هریک از ابعاد مختلفی تشکیل شده‌اند و این ابعاد ازلحاظ تاثیرگذاری و تاثیرپذیری بر روابط ایران و امریکا متفاوت هستند.

Investigation of IranUSA Relations from the Perspective of Smart Power Components

Foreign policy behavior is a reaction to internal and external stimuli that are interconnected in a single chain. Various factors affecting the decisionmaking process make it difficult to generalize the foreign policy behavior of some countries. The purpose of this study is to investigate, analyze the smart power of the Islamic Republic of Iran, and present an engineered model of relations between Iran and the US. In this regard, the role of the parameters of power, culture and smart power will be highlighted. They had never been taken seriously in political, economic, etc. relations. International relations engineering with the help of analytical and statistical software using field data in the form of interviews and questionnaires as well as documentary studies in the field of humanities as well as expert panel method is rarely done. In this study, several influential variables in this domain were simultaneously used by the software in a completely innovative and futuristic perspective. Data gathering tools included indepth qualitative interviews and the results were analyzed using Delphi method and Likert spectrum. The results of this study show that the power and culture parameters have different dimensions and these aspects are different in terms of their dependence & influence on the USAIran relationship.
