راهبردهای دفاعی جمهوری اسلامی ایران باتاکیدبر نقش عوامل ژئوپلیتیکی جهت ارتقای امنیت و توسعه پایدار مناطق مرزی شمال شرق کشور

هدف پژوهش حاضر، ارائه راهبردهای دفاعی جمهوری اسلامی ایران باتاکیدبر نقش عوامل ژئوپولیتیک جهت ارتقای امنیت و توسعه پایدار مناطق مرزی شمال شرق کشور است. این پژوهش ازلحاظ نوع تحقیق، کاربردی توسعه ای است که به روش توصیفی تحلیلی با رویکرد کمی انجام پذیرفته است. به منظور رسیدن به هدف تحقیق ازطریق پرسشنامه و به روش نمونه گیری تمام شمار از نقطه نظرات 60 نفر از خبرگان لشکری و کشوری و صاحب نظران در حوزه جغرافیای سیاسی، به ویژه ژئوپولیتیک و راهبرد دفاعی در سطح نیروهای مسلح و منطقه شمال شرق کشور استفاده شد. داده های جمع آوری شده با استفاده از روش های آماری توصیفی، استنباطی و تکنیک تحلیل سوآت مورد تجزیه وتحلیل قرار گرفت تا برای سوالات پژوهش پاسخ مناسبی ارائه شود. درنهایت، 45 عامل ژئوپولیتیکی موثر بر تدوین راهبردهای دفاعی جمهوری اسلامی ایران در مناطق مرزی شمال شرق کشور شناسایی شد که درقالب عوامل چهارگانه قوت، ضعف، فرصت و تهدید (8 عامل قوت و 11 عامل ضعف، 9 عامل فرصت، 17 عامل تهدید) برشماری شدند. سپس با استفاده از (ماتریس های ارزیابی عوامل داخلی و خارجی، موقعیت راهبردی کشور در مناطق مرزی شمال شرق در موقعیت تدافعی شناسایی شد. پس از تعیین موقعیت راهبردی و تحلیل شکاف بین وضع موجود و وضع مطلوب با استفاده از تخصیص منابع تعیین شده )اوزان چهارگانه محیط داخل و خارج( براساس اهداف بیان شده و به منظور رسیدن به وضع مطلوب، 1 راهبرد دفاعی جمهوری اسلامی ایران در مناطق مرزی شمال شرق کشور باتاکیدبر نقش عوامل ژئوپولیتیک با استفاده از عوامل برترساز )قوت ها و فرصت ها( به منظور رفع ضعف ها و پاسخ به تهدیدات، تدوین شد.

Defensive Strategies of Islamic Republic of Iran with Emphasis on the Role of Geopolitical Factors in Order to Enhance Security and Permanent Extension of the Borderline Zones of the North Eastern of the Country

The research aim is to present defensive strategies of Islamic Republic of Iran with emphasis on the role of geopolitical factors in order to enhance security and permanent extension of the borderline zones of the north eastern of the country. This research is an applicable – developmental research which is accomplished by descriptive – analytical research method with a quantitative approach. To reach the research objective, through a questionnaire and applying wholecounting sampling method, the opinions of 60 military and governmental elites and geopolitical experts, especially geopolitics and defensive strategy in the level of army forces and the zone of north eastern of the country were utilized. Ultimately, 45 geopolitical factors affecting defensive strategies of Islamic Republic of Iran in the borderline zones of the north eastern of the country were identified and then were categorized into the quadruplet factors of strength, weakness, opportunity and threat (8 strength, 11 weakness, 9 opportunity and 17 threat factors). Then, using IFE and EFE matrices, strategic situation of the country in the borderline zones of the north eastern of the country in defensive situation was identified. After determining the strategic situation and analyzing the gap between the current situation and the utopia, 7 defensive strategies of Islamic Republic of Iran with emphasis on the role of geopolitical factors using ascending indices (strengths and opportunities) for resolving weaknesses and responding to the threats were stipulated.
