ارزیابی اقتصادی احداث نیروگاه‌های فتوولتائیک با تاکید بر نرخ ارز

با توجه به استقرار کشور ایران بر کمربند خورشیدی، در بسیاری از قسمت‌های کشور انرژی تابشی بالاتر از میانگین بین‌المللی بوده و این موضوع سبب رشد قابل ملاحظه استفاده از انرژی خورشیدی و یکی از مسائل روز سیستم قدرت شده است. ازطرفی باید اثر تحولات اقتصادی جامعه بر سودآوری یک پروژه به عنوان یک عامل مهم در موفقیت آن، مورد ارزیابی قرارگیرد. برای این منظور در این مقاله افزایش شدید نوسانات ارز در سال‌های اخیر بر اقتصادی بودن احداث نیروگاه های فتوولتائیک مورد بررسی قرارگرفته است. در این بررسی عوامل متعددی ازجمله نرخ تسعیر یورو، تورم، قیمت ارز مبادله ای و آزاد و ... در شبیه‌سازی ها درنظر گرفته‌شده است. درمجموع 48 حالت بررسی‌شده و یک ارزیابی جامع از احداث نیروگاه‌های فتوولتائیک در شرایط مختلف اقتصادی کشور ارائه‌ شده است. نتایج نشان می دهند، علاوه بر نوع ارز اختصاص یافته جهت احداث نیروگاه خورشیدی، نرخ تورم نیز در ارزیابی اقتصادی احداث نیروگاه موثر می‌باشد.

Economic Assessment of Photovoltaic Power Plants Construction with Emphasis on Currency Price Fluctuations

A quarter of Iran rsquo;s area is made from deserts with radiation exceeding . Also, the solar radiation of many parts of Iran is above the international average. So, the use of solar energy in the power system has increased in recent years. On the other hand, the success or failure of a project relates to the economic fluctuations of the country. In this paper, the effects of currency price sudden increment on the construction of the photovoltaic power plant is evaluated. In this research, several factors including the euro exchange rate, adjustment rate, inflation, taxation, government exchange rate, free exchange rate, and hellip; are considered. A total of 48 cases have been investigated and a comprehensive economic assessment of the construction of photovoltaic power plants in different economic conditions is presented. The results reveal that in addition to the type of dedicated currency, the inflation rate is also effective in the economic evaluation of the photovoltaic power plant.
