فراتحلیل اثربخشی روش تحلیل رفتار کاربردی (aba) بر مشکلات کودکان مبتلا به اختلال طیف اوتیسم در ایران، 92-1384

هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف فراتحلیل اثربخشی روش تحلیل رفتار کاربردی (aba) بر مشکلات و دشواری‌های کودکان مبتلا به اختلال طیف اوتیسم در ایران انجام شد. روش: در این فراتحلیل، از بین 142 پژوهش‌ انجام‌شده در سال‌های 1384 تا 1392، هشت پژوهش که روش‌شناسی مناسبی داشتند، بررسی شدند. این هشت ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ جمعاً ﺑﺮ روی 200 شرکت‌کننده انجام شده بودند و به‌دلیل اینکه هر کدام از پژوهش‌ها روی چند مورد از مشکلات اوتیسم متمرکز بودند، 28 اﻧﺪازه اﺛﺮ به‌دست آمد. ابزار پژوهش سیاهه تحلیل محتوا (cac)، از لحاظ روش‌شناختی، بود و با در دست داشتن آماره‌هایی، مانند t ، f و 2x، شاخص اندازه اثر مربوط به r برآورد شد. یافته‌ها: اندازه اثر روش تحلیل رفتار کاربردی بر کاهش مشکلات کودکان مبتلا به اختلال طیف اوتیسم 0/82بود (0/001>p ). بیشترین مقدار اندازه اثر (0/926=r) مربوط به پژوهش خرم‌آبادی و همکاران (متغیر مهارت‌های شناختی) و کمترین مقدار آن (0/151=r) مربوط به پژوهش مشهدی و همکاران (متغیر رشد اجتماعی) بود. نتیجه‌گیری: مقدار تاثیر روش تحلیل رفتار کاربردی بر کاهش مشکلات کودکان مبتلا به اختلال طیف اوتیسم در ایران، مطابق جدول تفسیر اندازه اثر کوهن، بسیار بالاست. همچنین هنگامی که این روش در طولانی‌مدت و با شدت بیشتری اجرا شود، تاثیر بیشتری بر کاهش مشکلات این گروه از افراد دارد. بنابراین، از روش aba می‌توان به‌عنوان درمانی مناسب برای کودکان مبتلا به اختلال طیف اوتیسم بهره گرفت.

Effectiveness of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) for Children with Autism Spectrum Disorders in Iran, 2005-2013: A Meta-analysis

Objectives: The present metaanalysis was aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of applied behavior analysis (ABA) on behavioral problems and difficulties in children with autism spectrum disorders in Iran. Method: A total of 142 studies published from 2005 to 2013 were reviewed and eight studies were selected for metaanalysis based on applying appropriate methodologies. The eight studies involved a total of 200 participants and since each study focused on multiple autismrelated problems, 28 effect sizes were obtained. The research instrument was a checklist of content analysis. Results: The overall mean effect size was found to be r=0.83 (plt 0.001). The highest effect size (r=0.926) was obtained in the research of Khorramabadi, et al. (for the variable of cognitive skills) and the lowest effect size (r=0.151) was seen in the study of Mashhadi, et al. (for the variable of social development). Conclusion: The results indicate a large effect size of ABA on decreasing the problems and difficulties of children with autism spectrum disorders in Iran. In addition, greater effects are found when this method is used in longterm and with higher intensity. Therefore, it seems that ABA can be used as an appropriate treatment method for children with autism spectrum disorders.
