تبیین فرایند رشد پس از سانحه: ترکیب مضمون مطالعات کیفی

اهداف هدف از مطالعه حاضر استفاده از روش ترکیب مضمون برای مرور پژوهش های کیفی به منظور پاسخ به این سوال اساسی بود که فرایند رشد پس از سانحه چگونه است. مواد و روش ها این پژوهش، کیفی و از نوع تر کیب مضمون است. در این مطالعه از 50 مقاله کیفی فارسی و انگلیسی در محدوده زمانی 10ساله، 18 مورد کاملاً مرتبط، به روش مرور سیستماتیک به پژوهش راه یافتند. فرایند تحلیل استقرایی ترکیب مضمون بر اساس روش توماس و هاردن در سه مرحله کدگذاری آزاد یافته های مطالعات اولیه، سازماندهی کدهای آزاد به مضامین توصیفی و درنهایت ایجاد مفاهیم تحلیلی انجام شد.یافته ها درمجموع پس از تحلیل نتایج پژوهش ها، سه مضمون اصلی و هفت مقوله به دست آمدند. اولین مضمون تحت عنوان واکنش به سانحه با مقوله هیجانات اولیه، دومین مضمون شروع رشد پس از سانحه با مقولات زمان و درک واقعیت و سومین مضمون تحت عنوان ظهور رشد پس از سانحه با چهار مقوله تحول فردی، اجتماعی، روانشناختی و معنوی دسته بندی شدند.نتیجه گیری با توجه به یافته ها می توان چنین استنباط کرد که افرادی که با حوادث آسیب زا روبه رو می شوند در ابتدا هیجانات گوناگون را نشان می دهند و پس از گذشت زمان و پردازش آنچه رخ داده است، تحولاتی را در ابعاد گوناگون زندگی خود تجربه می کنند.

Explaining Post-Traumatic Growth: Thematic Synthesis of Qualitative Research

Objectives The present study aimed at employing a thematic synthesis approach to respond to this fundamental question: what is the posttraumatic growth process?Methods The current study was a thematic synthesis of qualitative papers on post traumatic growth. From 50 Studies about posttraumatic growth from 2007 to 2018, 18 papers met the inclusion criteria for Systematic review. Papers were analyzed based on Thomas and Harden's thematic synthesis approach that includes three steps: free encoding of preliminary studies findings, organizing free codes into descriptive themes, and developing analytical topics using descriptive themes. Results In total, after analyzing the results of the research, three main themes and 7 categories were obtained. The first theme was reaction to trauma with the category of primary emotions; the second theme was the requirements to begin the PTG with two categories including time and reality comprehension; and the third theme was the emergence of posttraumatic growth with four categories including Individual, social, psychological, and spiritual developments.Conclusion According to the study findings it can be concluded that people show different emotions after expousure to traumatic events and after some time with processing the events they experience growth in different aspects of their lives.
