تحلیل محتوای بزهکاری و بزه‌دیدگی مهاجران افغان در رُمان «افغان‌کِشی» برمبنای آموزه‌های جرم‌شناسانه

مهاجرت پدیده‌ای پیچیده و چندگانه است که موجب بازتاب‌های گوناگونی و حتی متضادی نزد مهاجران می‌شود. این بازتاب‌ها به بهترین نحو در هنر و ادبیات نمود پیدا می‌کند. هویت مهاجر به مثابه خُرده‌فرهنگی گاه کژمدارانه یا بزهکارانه است که در حاشیه دو فرهنگ اصلی حاکم، فرهنگ مبدا و فرهنگ مقصد، رشد می‌کند. رُمان «افغان‌کشی» تلاشی است برای درک زندگی، رنج و عشق افغان‌های نسل دوم و سوم که جز ایران جایی را ندیده‌اند. کسانی‌که اینجا را وطن خود می‌دانند، درحالی‌که از کوچک‌ترین حقوق شهروندی هم محروم‌اند. بررسی این رُمان بر مبنای روش تحلیل محتوا نشان‌دهنده آن است که شخصیت‌ اصلی داستان، دختر جوان افغانی و در معرض خطر بزه‌دیدگی و بزهکاری است. او برای آنکه بتواند در جامعه ایران موقعیتی داشته باشد، هویت اصلی خود را پنهان می‌کند؛ ولی بااین‌حال گرفتار بسیاری از سختی‌ها و مشکلات می‌شود. چنین محتوایی موجب می‌شود تا بتوان این رُمان را بر مبنای یافته‌های جرم‌شناسی به ویژه نظریه‌های تعارض فرهنگی، آسیب اجتماعی‌ شناسی و فعالیت روزمره مورد مطالعه قرار داد تا به چرایی بزهکاری و بزه‌دیدگی مردم مهاجر رسید

content analysis of the criminality and victimization of afghan immigrants in the novel afghan keshi based on criminological doctrines

migration is a complex and multiple phenomenon that causes various and even contradictory reflections among immigrants. these reflections are best reflected in art and literature. immigrant identity as a subculture is sometimes perverted or delinquent, which grows on the margins of the two main dominant cultures, the culture of origin and the culture of destination. the novel &afghani keshi& is an attempt to understand the life, suffering and love of second and third generation afghans who have seen nowhere but iran. those who consider this as their homeland while being deprived of even the slightest citizenship rights. a review of this novel based on the content analysis method shows that the main character of the story is a young afghan girl who is at risk of victimization and delinquency. in order to be able to have a position in iranian society, she hides her true identity, but nevertheless faces many difficulties and problems. such content makes it possible to study this novel based on the findings of criminology, especially the theories of cultural conflict, zemiology, and daily activities, in order to find out why immigrant people commit crimes and are victimized
