مدل اضطراری دادرسی مدنی مدلی موقتی، حیاتی، سریع و بهینه است. برای تحقق این راهکار، مدیریت بحران کرونا در دستگاه قضایی، بایسته است برخی ابهامات که در نتیجۀ برداشت از اصول قانون اساسی و وظایف ذاتی دستگاه قضایی پدیدار می‌شود، زدوده گردد و هر گمانی شکسته شود. اصل همیشگی بودن دادگستری با تعطیلی موقتی و تعلیق ذات عمل قضایی و توسعۀ ابزارهای الکترونیک و غیرحضوری ناسازگاری ندارد. سامانۀ قضایی ایران باید به آموزه‌های جهانِ درگیر با کرونا برای بازاندیشی در برخی قواعد و آیین‌های دادرسی بهره ببرد و خود را برای جهان پساکرونا و تدوین آیین دادرسی چابک، کم‌هزینه، سریع و غیرحضوری آماده کند.

To achieve this, the management of the corona crisis in thejudiciary must remove some of the ambiguities that arise as a result ofunderstanding the principles of the Constitution and the inherent duties ofthe judiciary. The principle of the permanence of the judiciary is notincompatible with the temporary closure and suspension of the nature ofjudicial action and the development of electronic and virtual devices. TheIranian judiciary must use the teachings of the world involved in the coronato rethink some rules and procedures of the court and prepare itself for thepostcoronary world and the development of a speedy, lowcost, fast andvirtual procedure.
