حقوق سلامت و انگ و تبعیض ناشی از بیماری کووید-19

تحقق حق بر سلامت و تامین دسترسی همگانی به مراقبت‌های سلامت برای استیفای سایر حقوق بشری ضروری است. زیرا سلامتی باعث می‌گردد تا افراد فرصت منصفانه برابر، برای تحقق اهداف و دنبال نمودن برنامه‌های زندگی خود داشته باشند. انگ و تبعیض به عنوان یکی از موانع کلیدی دسترسی به مراقبت سلامت، و عامل افزایش نابرابری در پیامدهای سلامت منع شده‌اند. یکی از پیامدهای نامطلوب پاندمی یا عالمگیری بیماری کووید-19، همراهی آن با انگ اجتماعی و تبعیض ناشی از آن است. در این مطالعه به توصیف مفهوم انگ و تحلیل علل انگ ناشی از بیماری کووید-19، و راهکارهای مقابله با آن پرداخته می‌شود. در پاسخ به پرسش علت انگ ناشی از بیماری کرونا می‌توان گفت که انگ ناشی از آن به دلیل مکانیسم دفاعی و سازگاری شناختی ایجاد می‌شود که انسان‌ها به منظور اجتناب از تماس و تعاملات اجتماعی با ناقل این عامل بیماری‌زای واگیردار اتخاذ می‌کنند. ترس از نقض حریم خصوصی و افشای اطلاعات از یک سو، و انگ ناشی از بیماری از سوی دیگر به‌دلیل احساس بی‌ارزشی و انزوا در شخص برچسب‌خورده می‌تواند باعث عدم مراجعه وی برای دریافت خدمات مراقبتی و درمانی گردد؛ این امر نه تنها می‌تواند خطر عوارض و مرگ ناشی از بیماری را در مبتلایان افزایش دهد، بلکه عدم مراجعۀ شخص مبتلا برای دریافت خدمات درمانی یا تبعیض در ارائۀ مراقبت سلامت به وی می‌تواند باعث انتشار عفونت در جامعه و به مخاطره افتادن سلامت عموم گردد. اطلاع‌رسانی و آگاه‌سازی افراد جامعه در راستای رفع باورهای غلط و تغییر نگرش به‌عنوان مهم‌ترین راه مقابله با انگ و پیشگیری از انتشار بیماری در جامعه توصیه می گردد.

Health Law and the COVID-19 related Stigma and Discrimination

The realization of the right to health and the provision of public access tohealth care are essential to the enjoyment of other human rights. Becausehealth enables people to have an equal fair opportunity to achieve their goalsand pursue their life plans. Stigma and discrimination have been prohibitedas one of the key barriers to access health care, and a factor in increasinginequality in health outcomes. One of the adverse consequences of theCOVID19 pandemic is its association with social stigma anddiscrimination. In this study, the concept of stigma is described and thecauses of COVID19 stigma are analyzed, and also the strategies to deal withit are discussed. In answer to the question of the causes of the COVID19stigma, it can be said that the stigma is caused due to the defensivemechanism and cognitive adaptation that humans adopt in order to avoidsocial contact and interactions with the carrier of this infectious pathogen.Fear of violation of privacy and disclosure of information on the one hand,and stigma caused by the disease on the other hand, due to the feeling ofworthlessness and isolation in the labeled person can avoid him fromreferring to care and treatment services; This matter not only can increasethe risk of complications and death in the patients, but also not receivingmedical care by the patient or discrimination in providing health care to himcan cause the spread of infection in society and endanger public health.Informing community members in order to eliminate misconceptions andchange attitude is recommended as the most important way to deal withstigma and prevent the spread of disease in society.
