مطالعۀ تطبیقی حقوق و وظایف اعضای خانواده در دین زردشتی و اسلام

خانواده شالودۀ حیات اجتماعی و سنگ بنای جامعه است. با ازدواج و تشکیل خانواده هر یک از اعضا اعم از والدین و فرزندان حقوق و وظایف خاصی نسبت به یکدیگر دارند. در دین زردشتی پس از ازدواج قانونی و رسمی که از آن با عنوان پادشاه‌زنی یاد شده اعضای خانواده از حقوق مشخصی بهره‌مند هستند. این نوع ازدواج به ازدواج دایم در دین اسلام شباهت زیادی دارد که در آن نیز اعضای خانواده حقوق و وظایف مشخصی دارند. در این پژوهش با استفاده از مطالعۀ تطبیقی، حقوق و وظایف اعضای خانواده از منظر دو دین زردشتی و اسلام مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. بررسی‌ها نشان می‌دهد که در این زمینه شباهت‌های زیادی بین دو دین وجود دارد که ممکن است خود نشان از پیوستگی و استمرار سنت میان آن‌ها باشد.
