بررسی برون ده پژوهشی پایان نامه های دوره ی تخصص پزشکی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی مشهد

مقدمه یکی ازمهمترین شاخصهای پژوهشی و تولیدعلم در دانشگاههای جهان، مقالات منتشرشده از تحقیقات علمی می‌باشد. تحقیق حاضر به بررسی مقالات منتشرشده از پایان‌نامه‌های دوره تخصص پزشکی دانشگاه علوم‌پزشکی مشهد پرداخته‌است.روش‌کارپایان‌نامه‌های منتشرشده از سال 1389 تا سال 1393 در مقطع دستیاری تخصصی مورد بررسی قرارگرفت. از طرقی خروجی مقالات منتشر شده از سال 1389 تا سال 1397 به تفکیک پایگاههای استنادی حاصل شد. سپس میزان مقالات منتشرشده از پایان‌نامه‌ها مشخص و اندکس ژورنال مورد نظر تعیین‌گردید.نتایج تعداد 467 پایان‌نامه از 829 پایان ‌نامه موجود(%56.3) منجر به انتشار مقاله شده‌اند و همچنین تعداد 135 پایان‌نامه (%16.3) منجر به طرح در همایش ها شده‌اند. بطور میانگین زمان مورد نیاز از دفاع پایان‌نامه ها تا انتشار مقالات حدود 2 سال می‌باشد. دو پایگاه isi و pubmed به ترتیب 29 و22 درصد از مقالات را به خود اختصاص داده‌اند. از لحاظ بیشترین فراوانی مقالات منتشرشده در هررشته می‌توان به رشته داخلی(19% مقالات) و پس از آن اطفال(12%) و جراحی(8 % از کل مقالات) اشاره‌ کرد. نتایج جستجو نشان‌دهنده آن است که تعداد 535 پایان‌نامه (64.5%) دارای اعتبار تخصیص یافته مشخص بوده که مجموع آن برای تمامی رشته‌ها حدود 14,101,738,980 ریال می‌باشد (بطور میانگین حدود 3 میلیون تومان برای چاپ هرمقاله).تتیجه‌گیری تنها نیمی از دانشجویان به انجام پژوهش های بیشتر و ارائه مقاله از پایان‌نامه‌ها در زمینه رشته تخصصی خود پرداخته‌اند. ترسیم اهمیت امر پژوهش و تحقیقات و نیاز دستیابی به یافته‌های نوین پزشکی و همچنین ایجاد بستر لازم برای دانشجویان و توانمندسازیشان در امر نگارش مقاله می‌تواند به بالابردن انگیزه آنها کمک کند.

assessment of the research output of medical residency course thesis of mashhad university of medical sciences

objective: one of the most important indicators of research and science production is published articles derived from scientific research. in the present research,articles published from the thesis of the medical specialization course of mashhad university of medical sciences have been reviewed.material and methods: thesis published from 2010-2014 in the specialized residency program were examined. the list of published articles from 2010-2018 was obtained by separating the citation databases. the amount of articles published from thesis was determined and the index of the desired journal was also recorded.results:467 out of 829 thesis(56.3%) have led to the publication of articles and 135 thesis(16.3%) have led to presentation in conferences.the time required from the defense of thesis to the publication of articles is about 2 years. isi and pubmed have 29% and 22% of the published articles,respectively. in terms of the highest frequency of articles published in each field, we can mention internal field(19% of articles),followed by pediatrics(12%) and surgery (8% of all articles). the search results show that 535 thesis (64.5%) have specific assigned credits,the total of which is about 14,101,738,980 rials for all disciplines(about 30million rials for each published article).conclusion: it seems that only half of the students have done more research and presented articles from thesis in the field of their specialty. delineating the importance of research and the need to obtain new medical findings, as well as creating platforms and facilities for students and empowering them to write articles can help to increase their motivation.
