اثربخشی آموزش مهارت ارتباط موثر بر الگوهای ارتباطی زوجین

مقدمه: در عصر حاضر نظام خانواده دچار مشکلات عدیده‌ای شده است و اختلاف‌های خانوادگی، طلاق، افزایش آمار کودکان بی‌سرپرست و بزهکاری نوجوانان نشان دهنده مشکلات اساسی در خانواده‌ها است که ریشه اصلی آن درکیفیت روابط بین زوجین است. بر این اساس هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی اثر آموزش مهارت ارتباط موثر مبتنی بر فرهنگ اسلامی بر الگوهای ارتباطی زوجین دارای فرزند بود.روش کار: مطالعه از نوع آزمایشی با طرح پیش‌آزمون- پس‌آزمون با گروه گواه بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر شامل زوجین دارای فرزند مراجعه کننده به مراکز جامع سلامت شهر ملاثی در شش ماه اول سال 1399 بود. گروه نمونه شامل60 زوج بود که به روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی از بین جامعه آماری انتخاب و به صورت تصادفی در گروه‌های آزمایش و گواه قرار گرفتند (30 زوج در گروه آزمایش و 30 زوج در گروه گواه). هر دو گروه پرسشنامه الگوهای ارتباطی زوجین (کریستنس و سالاوی، 1984) را تکمیل نمودند، سپس گروه آزمایش تحت 12 جلسه 2 ساعته برنامه آموزش مهارت ارتباط موثر مبتنی بر فرهنگ اسلامی قرار گرفت. در تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از نرم افزار spss ورژن 23 و روش آماری تحلیل کوواریانس چند‌‌متغیری استفاده شد.نتایج: نتایج نشان داد که آموزش مهارت ارتباط موثر مبتنی بر فرهنگ اسلامی بر الگوهای ارتباطی زوجین دارای فرزند تاثیر دارد. میزان تاثیر این مداخله بر الگوهای ارتباطی زوجین (ارتباط سازنده متقابل، ارتباط اجتنابی متقابل و ارتباط توقع/کناره گیری) به ترتیب 36، 32 و 28 درصد است. نتیجه گیری: آموزش مهارت ارتباط موثر مبتنی بر فرهنگ اسلامی بر الگوهای ارتباطی زوجین تاثیرگذار است و با توجه به سودمندی آن، می‌تواند به عنوان یک روش کارآمد در بهبود کیفیت و افزایش ارتباط عاطفی زوجین استفاده گردد.

introduction and purpose: in the evening, the family system has many problems and family differences, divorce, increasing the number of orphans and criminal juvenile indicate the main problems in families, the main root of which is the quality of relations between couples. according to this the purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of effective communication skills training based on islamic culture on communication patterns of couples with children.methodology: the study is an experimental study with a pretest-posttest design with a control group. the statistical population of the present study included couples with children referred to comprehensive health centers in the city of malathia in the first six months of 2021. the sample group consisted of 60 couples who were selected by random sampling from the statistical population and randomly assigned to the experimental and control groups (30 couples in the experimental group and 30 couples in the control group). both groups completed the christens and salawi (1984) couples communication patterns questionnaire (cpq), then the experimental group under 12 sessions of 2 hours of effective communication skills training program based on islamic culture. dresults: the results showed that effective communication skills training based on islamic culture has an effect on communication patterns of couples with children.conclusion: training in effective communication skills based on islamic culture is effective on couples ’communication patterns and due to its usefulness, can be used as an effective method to improve the quality and increase couples’ emotional communication.
