پایایی مجموعه آزمون سنجش حرکت کودکان- ویرایش دوم (mabc-2) در کودکان اوتیسم 3 تا 16 ساله شهر تهران

مقدمه: اوتیسم به عنوان یک اختلال رشدی همواره کودکان را با مشکلاتی در زندگی روزمره همراه می سازد و پیوسته او را به‌سوی انزوا و دوری از جامعه سوق می‌دهد و یافتن ابزاری پایا برای این اختلال به عنوان یک نیاز است. هدف از این تحقیق تعیین پایایی مجموعه آزمون سنجش حرکتی کودکان-ویرایش دوم برای کودکان3 تا 16 ساله مبتلا به اوتیسم در تهران است. روش کار: به این منظور از جامعه پژوهش مشتمل بر کودکان دارای اختلال اوتیسم تعداد 100 کودک  3 تا 16 سال انتخاب شدند. ابزار مورد استفاده در این پژوهش، مجموعه آزمون سنجش حرکتی کودکان-ویرایش دوم بود، داده‌ها توسط دو آزمونگر که با نحوه اجرای آزمون آشنایی داشتند و بر اساس دستورالعمل کتابچه راهنمای آزمون جمع‌آوری شد. پایایی بین آزمونگرها و آزمون-آزمون مجدد با فاصله زمانی دو هفته ای و پایایی همسانی درونی محاسبه شد. تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها با استفاده از نرم افزار spss نسخه 23 انجام شد. سطح معنی داری 0.01p < در نظر گرفته شده است. نتایج: پایایی بین آزمونگرها از طریق محاسبه ضریب همبستگی درون طبقه ای برای مهارت چالاکی انگشتان 0.973، مهارت دریافت و پرتاب 0.948 و مهارت تعادل 0.967 و نمره کل آزمون0.970 بود. در پایایی درون آزمونگر ضریب همبستگی برای مهارت چالاکی انگشتان 0.950، مهارت دریافت و پرتاب 0.902 و مهارت تعادل 0.942 و نمره کل آزمون0.948 بدست آمد. ضریب آلفای کرونباخ به منظور بررسی همسانی درونی آزمون، در مهارت چالاکی انگشتان 0.856، مهارت دریافت و پرتاب 0.836 و مهارت تعادل 0.924 و نمره کل آزمون0.917 بدست آمد. نتیجه گیری: بر پایه یافته های بدست آمده می توان نتیجه گیری نمود که این آزمون را به عنوان آزمونی پایا جهت سنجش رشد حرکتی کودکان و نوجوانان اوتیسم شهر تهران می توان بکار گرفت.

reliability of the movement assessment battery for children - second edition (mabc-2) in children with autism spectrum disorder aged 3-16 years in tehran

abstract background and aim: autism, as a developmental disorder, always causes problems for children in their lives and continuously leads them to isolation and away from society and finding a reliable instrument for this disorder is a need. the aim of this study was to test the reliability of themovement assessment battery for children - second edition (mabc-2) in children with autism spectrum disorder aged 3-16 years in tehran. materials and methods: in the current study, 100 children with autism disorder aged 3 to 16 years were selected. the instrument used in this study was the movement assessment battery for children - second edition (mabc-2). the data was collected by two testers who were familiar with the test, and according to the manual of the test. the reliability between testers, test-retest reliability with a two-week interval and internal consistency reliability were calculated. all tests were two- tailed, and p < 0.01 was considered significant. data analysis was performed using spss software (version 23, spss). results: reliability between testers was calculated by calculating intraclass correlation coefficient for manual dexterity skill 0.973, aim and cache skill 0.948, balance skill 0.967 and total score 0.970. in the internal reliability of the test, correlation coefficient was obtained for the skill of the manual dexterity  0.950, aim and cache skill 0.902, balance skill 0.942 and total score 0.948. to verify the internal consistency of the test, cronbach’s alpha coefficient was obtained in manual dexterity skill 0.856, aim and cache skill 0.836, balance skill  0.924 and total score  0.917. conclusion: according to the results, themabc-2 test is a reliable measure to assess motor development in autistic children and adolescents in tehran.
