اثربخشی زوج درمانی بومی‎سازی شده مبتنی بر واقعیت درمانی بر تعارضات زناشویی

مقدمه: تحقیقات نشان داده است که واقعیت درمانی می‎تواند بر بسیاری از مسائل روان شناختی اثرگذار باشد. بنابراین؛ هدف از این مطالعه بررسی تعیین اثربخشی زوج درمانی بومی‎سازی شده مبتنی بر واقعیت درمانی بر تعارضات زناشویی بود.روش کار:  روش تحقیق نیمه تجربی با طرح پیش آزمون پس آزمون و پیگیری با گروه کنترل بود. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه زوجین مراجعه کننده به مرکز مشاوره پیوند شهر کرمانشاه بود. نمونه آماری شامل20 زوج متعارض پیوند که به روش نمونه گیری در دسترس انتخاب شده و به صورت تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش وگواه جایگزین شدند. ابزار تحقیق پرسشنامه تعارضات زناشویی تجدید نظر شده- 54 سوالی باقری و همکاران شده بود. از  تحلیل واریانس با اندازه گیری مکرر با نرم افزار spss نسخه 25 جهت تجزیه و تحلیل داده‎ها ‎استتفاد گردید.نتایج: نتایج داد ه‎ها ‎نشان داد که که بین مراحل پیش آزمون-پس آزمون و پیش آزمون- پیگیری  تفاوت معناداری وجود دارد که بیانگر اثربخشی آموزش مبتنی بر واقعیت درمانی در بهبود تعارض زناشویی زوجین است.نتیجه گیری: به نظر می‎رسد که زوج درمانی بومی‎سازی شده مبتنی بر واقعیت درمانی  بر تعارضات زناشویی اثرگذار می‎باشد. توصیه می‎گردد جهت بالا بردن اعتبار بیرونی تحقیق تحقیقات مشابهی با تعداد نمونه بیشتر صورت گیرد.

effectiveness of localized reality therapy based on reality therapy on marital conflicts

introduction: research has shown that reality therapy can affect many psychological issues. therefore; the aim of this study was to determine the effectiveness of localized couple therapy based on reality therapy on marital conflicts.methods: the research method was quasi-experimental with pretest-posttest design and follow-up with the control group. the statistical population included all couples referred to kermanshah transplant counseling center. statistical sample consisted of 20 conflicting graft pairs that were selected by available sampling method and randomly assigned to experimental and control groups. the research instrument was the revised marital conflict questionnaire - 54 questions by bagheri et al. analysis of variance with repeated measures with spss software version 25 was used.results:  the results showed that there is a significant difference between the pre-test-post-test, pre-test-follow-up stages, which indicates the effectiveness of reality-based education in improving marital conflict between couples.conclusion: it seems that localized couple therapy based on reality therapy has an effect on marital conflicts. it is recommended to do similar research with more samples to increase the external credibility of the research.
