طراحی ابزار سنجش ویژگی های روان شناختی پرستاران و تیم فوریت های پزشکی در سوانح و حوادث

مقدمه: زمانیکه حادثه‌ای در کشور ایران اتفاق می‌افتد گروه‌های جهادی اولین افرادی هستند که برای نجات و کمک به حادثه دیده‌ها اعزام می‌شوند. موفقیت تیم اعزام بسته به انتخاب فرد مناسب برای موقعیت عادی و اضطراری است. برهمین اساس مطالعه حاضر با هدف طراحی ابزاری برای سنجش ویژگی‌های روانشناختی پرستاران و تیم فوریت‌های پزشکی به عنوان اولین پاسخگویان در سوانح و بلایا انجام شده است.روش کار: پژوهش حاضر یک مطالعه ترکیبی متوالی اکتشافی از نوع طراحی ابزار بود که در دو بخش کیفی و کمّی انجام شد. در بخش کیفی با مصاحبه‌های فردی و بررسی ادبیات برای تولید مواد و سپس براساس نتایج این بخش استخراج گویه‌ها تشکیل شد و ارزیابی‌های روان‌سنجی برای اعتبار، صوری محتوا و سازه انجام شد.نتایج: عامل اکتشافی برای طراحی این پرسشنامه 41 سوالی با 8 عامل استفاده شد. این 8 عامل عبارتند از؛ برون‌گرایی، وظیفه-شناسی، هوش‌هیجانی، روان‌آزرده‌گرایی، تحمل‌پریشانی، موافق‌بودن، بازبودن به تجربه و بدبینی. بحث و نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج نشان داد که پرسشنامه سنجش ویژگی‌های روانشناختی گروه های جهادی در سوانح و بلایا ابزاری قابل قبول می‌باشد که تمام ابعاد ویژگی‌های روان‌شناختی گروه های جهادی در سوانح و حوادث را پوشش داده است. این پرسشنامه به شکل قابل اعتمادی می‌تواند در تحقیقات مرتبط بکار گرفته شود.

designing a tool to assess the psychological characteristics of nurses and emergency medical teams in accidents

introduction: when an accident occurs, rescue teams are the first to be sent to rescue and help the victims. the success of the deployment team depends on choosing the right person for the normal and emergency situation. therefore, the present study was designed to investigate the psychological characteristics of the first respondents in accidents and disasters.methods: the present study was a sequential combined exploratory study of instrument design that was conducted in two parts: qualitative and quantitative. in the qualitative section, individual interviews and literature reviews for the production of materials and then based on the results of this section, a pool of items were formed and psychometric assessments were performed for validity, formality of content and structure.results: exploratory factor 41 questions with 8 factors were used to design this questionnaire. these 8 factors are; extraversion, conscientiousness, emotional intelligence, neuroticism, distress tolerance, agreeableness, openness to experience, and pessimism.discussion and conclusion: the results showed that the questionnaire for assessing the psychological characteristics of helpers in disasters is an acceptable tool that covers all aspects of the psychological characteristics of first respondent in accidents and disasters. this questionnaire can be reliably used in related research.
