اثربخشی برنامه غنی‌سازی ازدواج اولسون بر مسئولیت‌پذیری و همدلی در افراد داوطلب ازدواج

مقدمه: ترغیب افراد به ازدواج و پایداری نظام خانواده، از الویت‌های هر جامعه‌ای به شمار می‌رود. بر این اساس پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی اثربخشی برنامه غنی‌سازی ازدواج اولسون بر مسئولیت‌پذیری و همدلی در افراد داوطلب ازدواج انجام گرفت.روش کار: روش پژوهش حاضر نیمه آزمایشی با طرح پیش‌آزمون- پس‌آزمون با گروه گواه بود. جامعه‌ آماری این پژوهش شامل کلیه‌ افراد داوطلب ازدواج بود که از مهرماه تا آذرماه 1398 به منظور مشاوره پیش از ازدواج به مراکز مشاوره و خدمات روان‌شناختی در سطح‌ شهر اصفهان مراجعه نموده بودند. در این پژوهش تعداد 30 زوج با روش نمونه‌گیری خوشه‌ای چند مرحله‌ای انتخاب و با گمارش تصادفی در گروه های آزمایش و گواه گمارده شدند (هر گروه 15 زوج). گروه‌ آزمایش برنامه غنی‌سازی ازدواج اولسون (7 جلسه) را طی دو ماه دریافت نمود. پرسشنامه‌های مورد استفاده در این پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه‌ شخصیتی کالیفرنیا (1987) و پرسشنامه همدلی (جولیف و فارینگتون، 2006) بود. داده‌های حاصل از پژوهش به شیوه تحلیل کوواریانس توسط نرم‌افزار آماری spss23 مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.نتایج: نتایج نشان داد که برنامه غنی‌سازی ازدواج اولسون بر مسئولیت‌پذیری و همدلی در افراد داوطلب ازدواج تاثیر دارد (0.0001>p). بدین صورت که این بسته توانسته منجر به بهبود مسئولیت‌پذیری و همدلی در افراد داوطلب ازدواج شود.نتیجه گیری: بر این اساس برنامه غنی‌سازی ازدواج اولسون با بهره‌گیری از مفاهیمی همچون مهارت‌های ابراز کردن و گوش دادن فعال، آموزش حل تعارض، آموزش حل مسئله و بهبود ارتباط جنسی می‌تواند به عنوان روشی کارآمد در جهت بهبود مسئولیت‌پذیری و همدلی در افراد داوطلب ازدواج مورد استفاده قرار داد.

the effect of olson’s marriage enrichment program on the responsibility and empathy of marriage volunteers

introduction: encouraging people to get married and maintaining a family system is one of the priorities of any society. according to this the present study was conducted with the purpose of olson’s marriage enrichment program on the responsibility and empathy of the marriage volunteers.materials and methods: it was a quasi-experimental study with pretest, posttest and control group design. the statistical population included all marriage volunteers who attended consultation and psychological service centers for pre-marriage consultation in the city of isfahan in the third quarter of 2019. 30 couples were selected through multi-stage clustered random sampling method and they were randomly accommodated into experimental and control groups (each group of 15 couples). the experimental group received seven sessions of olson’s marriage enrichment program during two months. the applied questionnaires included california personality questionnaire (1987) and empathy questionnaire (jolif and farington, 2006). the data from the study were analyzed through ancova method via spss23 software.results: the results showed that olson’s marriage enrichment program is effective on the responsibility and empathy in marriage volunteers (p<0.0001) in a way that it succeeded in responsibility and empathy in marriage volunteers.conclusion: therefore, olson’s marriage enrichment program can be employed as an efficient method to improve responsibility and empathy in marriage volunteers through applying concepts such as active expression and listening skills, conflict resolution training, problem solving training and improving sexuality.
