اثربخشی طرحواره درمانی بر خودکارآمدی جنسی، رضایت زناشویی و طرحواره‎های ناسازگار اولیه در زوجین با تعارضات زناشویی

مقدمه: مطالعه حاضر با هدف تعیین اثربخشی طرحواره درمانی بر خودکارآمدی جنسی، رضایت زناشویی و طرحواره‎های ناسازگار اولیه در زوجین با تعارض زناشویی انجام شد.روش کار: این پژوهش از نوع نیمه تجربی با طرح پیش آزمون، پس آزمون، پیگیری و گروه کنترل بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل زنان مراجعه کننده به کلینیک‎های مشاوره شهر رشت بودند. روش نمونه گیری غربالگری و تصادفی ساده بود که طی آن 30 نفر انتخاب شدند و به طور مساوی به دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل اختصاص یافتند. ابزار جمع آوری داده ها مقیاس خودکارآمدی جنسی وزیری و لطفی کاشانی (1392)، رضایت زناشویی انریچ (فاورز و اولسون، 1989)، نسخه کوتاه پرسشنامه طرحواره‎های ناسازگار اولیه یانگ (1989) و مقیاس تعارضات زناشویی ثنایی و براتی (1379) بود. پس از اجرای پیش آزمون، طرحواره درمانی برای گروه آزمایش اجرا شد و گروه کنترل بدون دریافت مداخله درمانی، در لیست انتظار قرار گرفت.نتایج: تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها با استفاده از آزمون تحلیل کوواریانس نشان داد طرحواره درمانی بر خودکارآمدی جنسی، رضایت زناشویی و طرحواره‎های ناسازگار اولیه در زوجین با تعارضات زناشویی موثر است (0/05>p).نتیجه گیری: طرحواره درمانی می‎تواند با تلفیق زوج درمانی در طراحی دوره‎های درمانی و همچنین اتخاذ تصمیم گیری در راستای تحکیم خانواده در مراکز مشاوره و خانواده درمانی لحاظ شود.

the effectiveness of schema therapy on sexual self-efficacy, marital satisfaction and early maladaptive schemas in couples with marital conflicts

abstractintroduction:the aim of this study was to determine the effectiveness of schema therapy on sexual self efficacy, marital satisfaction and early maladaptive schemas in couples with marital conflict. methods: this research was a quasi experimental study with pre test, post test, follow up and control group. the statistical population of the study included women referring to counseling clinics in rasht. the sampling method was simple screening and random in which 30 people were selected and equally divided into experimental and control groups. data collection tools were vaziri and lotfi kashani sexual self efficacy scale (2013), enrich marital satisfaction (favers and olson, 1989), the short version of young’s early maladaptive schemas questionnaire (1989) and the sanai and barati marital conflict scale (2000). after the pretest, the treatment schema was performed for the experimental group and the control group was placed on a waiting list without receiving any medical intervention. results: data analysis using analysis of covariance showed that schema therapy is effective on sexual self efficacy, marital satisfaction and early maladaptive schemas in couples with marital conflicts (p < strong> <0.05). conclusion: schema therapy can be considered by combining couple therapy in designing treatment courses as well as making decisions in order to strengthen the family in counseling and family therapy centers. key words: schema therapy, sexual self efficacy, marital satisfaction, early maladaptive schemas, marital conflict
