تبیین مولفه‌‌های آموزش و پرورش استاندارد

مقدمه: در آموزش‌ و پرورش به دلیل ارتباط داشتن موضوعات با انسان و پیچیده ترشدن موضوع، نمی توان استاندارد یکنواختی را برای همه کشورها مدون نمود، چراکه هر کشوری با توجه به اقلیم و جایگاه آن در کره خاکی دارای شرایط فرهنگی، سیاسی، اجتماعی  متفاوتی است. حتی در یک کشور همانند ایران به دلیل گستردگی و وسعت کشور شاید استاندارد خاصی برای آموزش‌وپرورش قابل تدوین نباشد، اما آموزش‌ و پرورش بدون الگوی استاندارد هم جایگاهی نخواهد داشت. پژوهش حاضر باهدف ارائه الگو برای آموزش‌وپرورش استاندارد و تبیین آن انجام‌گرفته است. پژوهش حاضر از پژوهش های مختلط (کیفی و کمی) است.روش کار: روش تحقیق، توصیفی-پیمایشی می باشد . داده ها کیفی از طریق مصاحبه و داده های کمی به صورت میدانی گردآوری گردیده است. جامعه آماری کارشناسان و خبرگان در حوزه آموزش ‌و پرورش بودند . در بخش کیفی تعداد 21 نفر به صورت هدفمند با روش گلوله برفی و در بخش کمی تعداد 260 نفر از خبرگان و کارشناسان در حوزه آموزش‌وپرورش استان خراسان جنوبی به روش نمونه‌گیری طبقه ای – نسبتی انتخاب شدند. ابزار جمع‌آوری اطلاعات در بخش کیفی مصاحبه نیمه سازمان یافته و در بخش کمی پرسشنامه محقق ساخته بوده است.نتایج: نتایج کلی پژوهش حاکی از آن است که مدل ارائه‌شده با استفاده از نرم‌افزار amos قابل‌تایید می باشد.نتیجه گیری: برای تعیین روایی از روایی محتوایی و هم زمان و برای سنجش پایایی ابزار اندازه‌گیری نیز از آلفای کرونباخ، استفاده شد. برای تحلیل داده های کیفی از روش داده بنیاد و داده های کمی از شاخص های توصیفی، برازش و تحلیل عاملی تاییدی استفاده شد.

introduction: today, the standard category for different industries and businesses is clearly defined with different qualities and it can be applied globally, but in education, because of the connection between issues and human beings and the complexity of the issue, it is not possible to establish a uniform standard for all countries, because each country has its own climate. and its location on the planet has different cultural, political, social conditions. even in a country like iran, due to the size and breadth of the country, a certain standard for education may not be formulated, but education without a standard will not have a place. the present study aims to provide a model for standard education and its explanation.material and methods: this study examines the opinions of experts in the field of education in order to identify the components of education and provide a standard education model. the research method was descriptive-survey. the data were collected in the field. the statistical population was experts and specialists in the field of education. for this purpose, 260 experts and specialists in the field of education in south khorasan province were selected by cluster sampling method. the data collection tool was a researcher-made questionnaire. cronbach’s alpha, content validity and simultaneous validity were also used to determine the reliability and validity of the measuring instrument.results: fundamental data analysis and quantitative data from descriptive, fit, and confirmatory factor analysis were used to analyze qualitative data. .conclusion: the overall results of the study indicate that the proposed model can be verified using amos software.
